2020 BMW X3 review
The main issue I've had with this car is learning its vast number of controls, some of which are in strange places (such as at the end of the directional signal stalk) and are not clearly marked. The gearshift, for example, is counter-intuitive, and is moved backwards to go forwards, and vice versa-unlike most cars, it doesn't really move and fit into a slot for the appropriate gear. For no fathomable reason, the rear view camera stays on when you then drive forward. The warning system, for a car crossing or a person crossing, is unreliable; for example, if you have the car in reverse, the car hasn't moved yet, but a person walks behind the car, the warning signal does not sound--it only sounds if the car is already moving in reverse (if the pedestrian was walking right behind the car, you already hit him or her). There are also other "features" that make no sense. On the other hand, the car is fun to drive, reasonably powerful, attractive (I think--my wife disagrees), comfortable (except that one feels remarkably many bumps in the road), and quiet.

The speed, professionalism, and genuine concern they showed during such a frightening moment meant more to me than words can express. Experiences like that remind me why I continue to choose Mercedes-Benz. Knowing that the company genuinely cares about the safety and well-being of its customers provides a level of comfort and confidence that is priceless. Karol's extraordinary customer service is the reason I will continue returning to Mercedes-Benz South Bay for future vehicle purchases. 2019 BMW X3 review
I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

I want to give a big thank you to my service advisor, Renae Franco. She was super nice, professional, and genuinely helpful. Even though my sliding door wouldn’t close and it was raining, Renae went above and beyond by wrapping the entire door with a plastic nylon cover so rain wouldn’t get inside my van while I drove home. She didn’t have to do that, but she did anyway, and I really appreciated the extra care. A few days later, I called back to follow up and spoke with a supervisor named Henry. He was also very professional and took the time to work with me to help resolve the issue. You can tell he really cares about customer satisfaction. After this experience, I feel confident trusting this Honda dealership with my vehicle. They’re honest, professional, and willing to work with customers—something you don’t find at every dealership. I have used the 2019 BMW X3 for over a year now, as my third BMW, the other two being the 3 series sedan, with just one problem; Fuel pump failure, though due to my negligence. I now understand that the BMW cannot be operated without sufficient Fuel.

2015 BMW X3 review
This Truck is a replacement for 2008 LR HSE (totaled) I just got it over a month ago and it is good so far. Very fun( zippy) to drive. Wish the seats were more comfortable. I have the 35i XLine. 79k on the clock. You have to get familiar with the idrive, also my heads-up display is not working properly. There is also a coolant leak which will be taken care of under warranty. This vehicle also used premium gas. Soo far we will see how reliable it shall be.

I recently completed my due diligence in selecting a new car and selected the new '26 GV70. I visited several dealers and selected So. Bay Genesis. My first visit was OK, but the salesman never followed through. I went back several days later and met David Martinez. I explained that I had visited the dealer before and didn't want to cause any problems, but I sensed that David would be my guy. He answered all my questions and those that he didn't, he said he'd get back to me. As soon as I was home, he called and provided the answers to my questions. He was attentive, and his follow-up was spot on. The process was simple, easy and I received a more than fair price. I would highly recommend David if you’re looking for a sales individual that follows through, answers your questions and is delightful to work with, no pressure! My old car was a Macan S that was great, but the new GV70 (same size) comes with everything, except a trailer hitch, lol. It's an amazing car that is quieter than anything I've ever owned and quick. Go see David, he'll take care of you.
2019 BMW X3 review
The X3 m40i is the best family vehicle. Got a decent deal from CarMax on a lightly used 2019 x3 m40i. The hk sound system sounds terrible unless you figure out how to turn off the exhaust sound that comes through the speakers (leaves little bass balance left for the music), but luckily there are a few tricks (check forums). The vehicle is a blast to drive, yet can carry the whole family and luggage anywhere. I had a few e36 m3's a while back and repairs were reasonable and easy to do a lot of stuff independently, so repair costs (only needed brakes, tires and oil in the past 30k miles) on the new BMWs did come as a bit of a shock, but being proactive helps. The vehicle has been super reliable with no mechanical issues.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! 2016 BMW X3 review
I had this car for several years. In that time, it was a great car. The only downside to the car was the fact that it was a BMW, so I couldn't take it to any old mechanic shop to get the oil changed. The car has great pickup and breaking, and is great for long distance rides. It's a smaller SUV, but there's still plenty of room. And when I got into an accident, it functioned correctly and kept me and other safe. The airbags deployed like they were supposed to. The only reason I ever got rid of this car was because it was totaled.

2020 BMW X3 review
This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. My husband and I had a very pleasant experience and highly recommend carmax AND Muhammad. Bless you and your family Muhammad! Thank you carmax for hiring such a personable staff :)
