CarMax RentonReviews
CarMax Renton review
I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.
2024 BMW X3 review
Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

BMW Seattle review
I worked with Robert Gerth to get a new BMW, this was the second time I worked with Robert. And he was recommended by a friend. Robert pays great attention to detail, lets the experience sell itself, and is extraordinarily accommodating. He created the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend working with Robert, especially if you want a great experience that doesn’t leave you with any regrets or afterthoughts. He’s the best!

My experience at BMW maintenance department was a great. Chris, my advisor, was very helpful and responsive to my questions. He made my life easier by having a car for me while I waited for mine to be looked at.
2026 BMW X3 review
The whole SUV is great, the milage is good for a mild hybrid. The sport mode is great when you really want to go. The efficient mode is nice when you are casual driving and trying to save gas.

BMW Seattle review
I've worked with a lot of car dealers, buying both new and used cars, in the 25+ years I've been driving. This includes competing premium brands like Mercedes, Porsche, Lexus - as well as more mainstream brands like GM and competing PNW BMW dealerships. BMW Seattle has been, by far, the best dealership I've ever worked with. Adam and the sales team are friendly, approachable, honest, knowledgeable, and not pushy. I can honestly say I've built a genuine relationship with the team there in the 15+ years I've been buying (mostly) BMW. The service team are also excellent, which makes the overall ownership experience top notch. I can't recommend these guys enough!

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

BMW Seattle review
I want to thank Colin K at BMW Seattle for assisting me with the 2011 Toyota Runner. I have been looking for over a year to replace my 2015. He was extremely kind hearted and welcoming, as I would hope. He explained the process and procedures of the sale, followed the safety regs, and was offering a nice warm cup of cocoa during the coldest weather. He is truly an asset to the business and sales team. No pressure and humble which is hard to find in that industry. I will recommend in the future, to contact him to fellow buyers.

I had an excellent experience at BMW Seattle. Everyone I met was professional, friendly, and welcoming, making the entire buying process smooth and enjoyable. A special thank you to Said, who was incredibly helpful, honest, and transparent throughout the process. He explained every detail clearly, answered all of my questions patiently, and never made me feel pressured. His professionalism and genuine willingness to help made a big difference in my decision. I highly recommend BMW Seattle, and especially Said, to anyone looking for a trustworthy and enjoyable car-buying experience.

CarMax RentonReviews
CarMax Renton review
First, I'd like to say I'll never buy from a dealer (other than CarMax) again. This process was painless and positive. If you go to Renton - ask for TYSON - he was great. Laid back, informative, and what I value most - not pushy or slick. I told him some of the things I wanted in a car and he came up with the perfect choice for me. The signing took about 30 minutes and I was done. They filled up the tank - put a pretty bow on the car when I picked it up - and generally made me feel important and valued. I can't recommend this company enough!

2025 BMW X3 review
I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.

2017 BMW X3 review
STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Here's links to my issues with the car they sold me! https://thebassplayer.com/BMW-Bill.pdf https://thebassplayer.com/BMW-1.mp4 If I don't get a check by the end of the month, a lawyer friend told me it's a slam dunk in small claims count.
