Expensive car to maintain

Diesel engine is strong and dependable. Question the reliability of the electronics. The blind spot function is first generation and not reliable and useless. Basically a dependable engine but other components will give me the ultimate answer in time. This car is too expensive to purchase and to upkeep.
I recently went into West Herr to check out prices and information on possibly purchasing my leased 2016 228 convertible. I had no intention of purchasing a car that day. I was checking out the various possibilities for what I might do after my lease ran out. I had even entertained the possibility of buying a lesser brand off lease vehicle for my use which is not much as I am nearing 84 and drive about 4k miles a year.
Kyle Walsh offered to assist me and did so beautifully. He answered every question and gave me several possibilities of what I could do about just turning the car back in and buying something else or purchasing my current car and what that would take, interest-rates and all of that. He
was very thorough about making sure that I understood which I appreciate . It wasn’t till we had been working together for approximately an hour that he asked if I had thought about leasing a new BMW and I told him I didn’t think I could afford it. He said well let’s check it out and he began to go through the roster of vehicles that were available on the lot. As it happened he came upon a 2018 X2 and showed me how leasing that car was actually the best possibility for me. And I agreed. We arrived at a cost That appealed to me and we made the deal. They actually prepared the car that afternoon so that I had the car the same day. I bought the car actually without having even driven it, so unlike me.
I appreciated Kyle’s easy attitude and his respecting that I didn’t need or want to be pushed. He and Resident Genius Mitch help unload my old car into the new car and I was off. I think I will be very happy athough I’ve only driven the car one day as I live in New York City but leave my car in Rochester at my daughter’s. I’ve had enough of getting my car trashed in the Big Apple. Oh well…… Russell

Comfort wise awesome ... vehicle pick up which I never see in any vehicle ... heated seats and panaromic roof takes it to the next level ...
I found a car which I was very much interested in and was ready and prepared to buy. But the salesman went to talk to his supervisor and came back with a ridiculous offer for my vehicle. I was offended and turned off. I left, went to another dealership, was offered 2000 dollars more for my vehicle and bought one the following day.

It’s the M40 and has everything and more. Very nice drive, safe, comfortable and perfect size. Not to mention, it’s a good looking vehicle. Highly recommend.
My husband and I had a very good experience with this dealership and our salesman, Scott Spear. They were very attentive and helpful in our selection of a 428xi hard top convertible. Highly recommend this dealership! We love our new wheels.

The BMW X3 has a great new design. The driving experience is wonderful and the sporty. The X3 has plenty of leg room in the front and rear. The car is sporty and always catching the eye of the crowd.
Great dealership, but I now have a new huge reservation with BMW quality when I go in for my first NYS inspection and all four tires fail evenly after 12,200 miles, oh I am over 49 with responsibilities. I always associated BMW with Quality, but to put a fantastic machine on terrible tires doesn't make much sense to me.

I love driving this car. The speed from 0 at stop lights is amazing. I get a lot of compliments from people who ride in it.
I want to thank the sales adviser for excellent customer service, and support during the buying process. The best customer support I have received for a very long time. Well done Certified select motors. Also I would like to thank manager for helping us out with the finance. I would definitely recommend this place to car buyers.
I "built" this car after visiting 2 dealerships and driving the car both times. Also, reviewing all the options with the salesman in Prestige, Ramsey, NJ. The car is just beautiful, inside and out.
I love the ride, the pick up when traveling on highways and the interior. I do feel that the front seats could be softer, more supportive and more comfortable.
Went for a 30 minute oil change. The person who checked the car in gave me a tan ticket and said I was all set. I walked through the door and looked left and right and the girl behind the counter said the waiting room is to the right. I go and get comfortable and an hour goes by and I’m thinking it’s unusual for an oil change to take this long. After 1 1/2 hours I go to the desk and ask why it’s taking so long and the young man tells me my car is not in the computer. He told me I was supposed to check in at the desk. Well, the person who checked my car in did not tell me that. He told me I was all set!!! I was very upset. The young man behind the counter was so patient as I was not. He wanted to reschedule and I couldn’t as I was leaving the country on Monday. His next solution was to give me a rental so I could do my errands and they would get to my car after the tech got back from lunch LOL. I was ok with that. So 2 hours after arriving,I had a car, not mine, and set off to do my errands. It was about 1 1/2 hours after that when I got called my car was ready. While the screw up was up front, the service I received after the error was discovered was top notch. The young man taking care of the situation was as calm as a cucumber and I was not. He was awesome and should be congratulated for making a messed up situation work. This was the first messed up appointment I’ve every had at a Subaru dealer so overall you do do a great job!

This is a great vehicle. It has a very smooth ride. Feels like you aren't even moving. It had comfortable seating for family and friends. It's also a very attractive vehicle.
My husband and I came in here and our sales rep Ryan was extremely friendly and was very patient with all the questions that we had about the vehicle. When it came to our trade in the worked with us and we worked out a reasonable compromise, and they were forthcoming with the explanation of how they came to their figure. It was a nice change. Next came financing, I came in pre approved and the worked to beat my rate and got me a fantastic deal! Will recommend Ryan and Auction direct to friends and family!!

Wonderful car for travel and skiing. The heated seats and sterring wheel made the cold mornings in Vermont bearable. All wheel drive made Vermont winters a breeze.
I live 3 hours away from this dealership and this has been one of the most pleasant experiences in buying car. I was able to complete 90% of paperwork and made the deal over the phone/email process even before I came to the dealership. John is very efficient in the way he does his job and there is no confusion about the process.
I even brought in a trade in vehicle and John made the whole process seamless. He made sure that my new vehicle was 100% ready to go for the long drive back home.

This car has been a good family car for us. We feel comfortable taking our two kids on trips in the vehicle and do not have concerns around performance. The car has held up well from a style perspective and the interior is very classic.
I had been shopping online for a vehicle and a friend recommended auction direct. Once I found something I liked, it was a short time between submitting my information and getting a call.
