Keith Barrow in finance was equally professional—he didn’t try to upsell or push financing on me. I had my own financing and only wanted the Toyota extended warranties. They also matched my CarMax trade-in offer, saving me a trip and avoiding the low-ball offers I got elsewhere. When I arrived, the truck was washed, gassed, and ready to go.
