I heartily recommend Anthony for all your service needs. He is 100% customer focused... and very helpful. Always does the followup, makes sure you are completely satisfied with the support. Great guy. Ontario BMW is lucky to have him.
Long time coming for this review.. After having issues with my BMW and not getting them corrected at another Dealership, I tried Ontario and take goodness I did, the customer service provided by Anthony Zabala is by far the BEST! Anthony thoroughly explained what there technicians will do to find the issue and have my Alpina running with no problems. Communication is key for me and Anthony exceeded my expectations, takes his time with my vehicle as it was his own! I will always bring my BMW to Ontario and will continue to refer customers to Anthony. Thanks Ant!
This place always exceeds my expectations. My advisor Sergio always makes me feel right at home. There's always great coffee & plenty of water & goodies to munch on. It's a great place to service your BMW.

Awesome experience with Adam very attentive and non judgemental. He was very detailed with the contact and very knowledgeable. However, Jesus who works the shop that sells hats and keychains unmeasurably rude on so many levels. I put a BMW hat on hold and it was 1 min and 30sec remaining he said extremely rude Its closed and I have somewhere to be I proceeded to plead and say it was on the register on hold with the cashier who was ringing up a customer. But remember the doors were not closed yet and they were still helping someone. My sister and I just bought 150k in cars that day and didnt even get I AM SORRY come back tomorrow .. just I have somewhere to be.. From the front to the back was exceptionally amazing but Jesus if I had not already looked at a car, we would have went somewhere else. Five star everything. - 5 stars for the store representative.
The car was in for system leaks service which were covered by my maintenance policy which required the shop to be in the shop for several days, received a brand new courtesy vehicle with only 133 miles, my service rep did a very good job of working with me.
I'm a BMW fanatic...I've owned multiple M package cars and currently own an M4. One of the main reasons I go to this dealer is my service adviser DAN! He is super knowledgeable, and provides outstanding service every time i go there. He took care of my car issues and i'm very satisfied. Thanks DAN!
Great experience every time I take my vehicle in. I have been going for many years now and always ask for Willie in the service Dept. Willie does an amazing job providing service and understanding the needs of your veh and treats you with utmost respect. He gets to know you well and is in touch with his customers. He is a great assest to have.
