Great experience!!!! The entire process of sales, delivery, and service was smooth, efficient, and very enjoyable. I cannot say that about most of the car purchase I've had over my lifetime. I'm a very detailed person so I can be a bear to deal with when it comes to large purchases. But everyone at Mercedes Bellevue worked with me through all of my questions and concerns to make me happy. Trenton the sales manager was incredibly communicative, professional, attentive, and worked hard to put my deal together. Lorenzo my sales person made the sales process very easy. Scott in finance was experienced, detailed, and thorough. From my initial contact with the sales team to driving off the lot was very positive. After taking delivery I had some initial concerns about one of the features of the car. The sales team did not hesitate and jumped right into action to get my issue resolved. Jeff the other sales manger was right there to assist in my concern. They put me in a loaner and got my car into service ASAP. Wayne my service advisor was very quick to get me moving. Within a few days they had looked over the issue and had me back in. The master tech Anton took the time to come out, sit down with me, and answer all my questions. In all my years of buying cars and having them serviced I've never had a master tech give so much of his time to just making me reassured. I was a very loyal BMW buyer for many years but the overall experience at Mercedes of Bellevue was best I've ever had. The fact that I was treated warmly and professionally from all departments in the dealership usually mean they have a very strong culture of treating their customers well. In my experience that is hard to find in a dealership. I will definitely be purchasing my next car from them.

We got our GLE 350 after owning 3 Lexus RX’s. We usually keep our cars 8-10 years, and trade up around 170,000 miles. After about 6 weeks ownership, we love our GLE! We’re looking forward to the next 10 hrs, 100,000 miles!

Justin took the time to test the battery himself to save me the time of waiting on a technician. After doing a thorough check, he found the battery to be fine. He didn’t charge me for his time even though I said I was fine if he did. I appreciate having someone like Justin who is willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Overall, I've had a pleasant experience since I started coming to Stokes Honda in 2018. Merton, the service advisor, was fast, efficient and professional. The service manager Heather was also a joy to speak with (She's been there since I started in 2018). The give printed recommendations and will show photo images from the tech so you can see what the tech is seeing. I do all of my low end maintenance (oil change, wipers, filters) but I have found their recommendations in the past to be reliable and solid. As long as I own a Honda and live in this area I will continue bringing my vehicle here.
