I decided to move forward based on that commitment, and they absolutely delivered. Around 10:00 a.m. Monday, I received every document I had requested, and everything matched exactly what we had discussed at the dealership. There were no surprises, no hidden details, and no last-minute changes—just complete transparency and follow-through. That level of honesty and commitment says a lot about a dealership. It's easy to make promises during a sale, but it's much more meaningful when those promises are kept after you've driven off the lot. Overall, this was one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I've had. 2024 BMW X5 review
Purchased 2 months ago. Driven only 535 miles. Still on the dealership's tank of gas and have 300 mile range left on remaining gas. Most drives are within 10-15 miles of my home. A couple of 20-30 mile trips so far (40-60 miles round trip). At this rate, it could be 2024 before needing to fill the tank for the first time. Thrown the X5 into Sports Mode a few times to experience the power but routinely use electric only. Stable, great control, heads up display best I've seen, autobraking and sense of the road is great. Good visibility and neither too sporty or too luxury. It's just right.

So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

2024 BMW X5 review
I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

2024 BMW X5 review
This is the best X5 I've ever owned. I've been using it for 2 years and this is my 4th BMW. It has never disappointed me, it's a fantastic SUV. I hope the next model will show the same success. I think the 3.0-liter engine is at its best.
