The experience was good for the most part. Check out was somewhat disorganized. My key fob was left with the cashier for pickup; however, the cashier thought the key fob was with the service rep. My personal keys were left in the car detached from the key fob. It took a while to get things sorted out.

I felt we reached a fair price, but I decided to revisit one of the other dealerships I had previously discussed with before making a final decision.
