I walked in there knowing what I wanted to buy, no finance, cash in hand, and I said I didn’t wanna hear the spiel about all the extras and the warranty. And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.

He always provides the option of using a loaner car.mHe explains all work completed and pricing. Deanna is a breath of fresh air - always ready with a smile and genuine greeting when you step into the service department. I could use a dealership closer to home for my service needs but would never consider it! For me it is Wirth the extra travel time to go to BWM of Shrewsbury.

Very good. Not satisfied that my 8 month new car does not a have ?road hazard warranty. But yet, if I buy an identical new tire from BMW of Rockland it comes with a 12 month warranty $450.00. Seems absurd that when you buy a new for $73,000 that there is no road hazard warranty. What?s the difference? Absurd!!!
