BMW of Silver Spring review
Had a great experience at bmw silver spring. My man Jacob Jay called me just to let me know they had a car I was looking for. I drove all the way from NC to Maryland. He helped along the way, very professional, very nice, never pushy. Did a great job honestly nothing but positive experience. Good price I would say also, very solid deal he got for me.
2026 BMW X5 review

These guys did a great job, Karim responded to me very quickly when I inquired about the car, he had the car ready for me at the front of the showroom when I arrived. We had a great test drive. I made an aggressive offer, and the ales team approved it for me. My daughter loves the car! Great job, thank you!

MemberCarReviews
MemberCar review
I bought a used car from MemberCar three months ago. I wanted to wait to write a review to ensure I didn't get a lemon. So far, so good. The sales experience was straight forward. I found the car online and it was reasonably priced, a little lower than similar vehicles at other dealers. Justin, who was relatively new at the time, was the salesman. We went for a test drive, then headed into the office to review the car history and sign the paperwork. The atmosphere was casual, no pressure. Justin attempted to answer my questions, what he didn't know, another salesman, Tony, helped with. The manager/owner also came out and discussed how they get and vet cars. Everyone was pleasant to work with and it really was a no-haggle/hassle processes. The paperwork was simple enough and I drove away with the vehicle the same day.

Took my X2 in for a 50,000 mile service and my cheerful and friendly service advisor Joel Musipha did an outstanding job identifying cost-saving measures, keeping me up to date during the service, arranging for rides from and back to the dealership, and speeded me through the payment process so I could head home in my well-serviced car.

Overall great experience. This dealership leaves the other ones in the dust. Thanks to Rick, Alan, Zen and the lady in the tag department. They made my buying experience seamless and quick. They did not waste my time. They did what they said that they were going to do. I puta deposit down on the car and I had the car the next day.

I really appreciated the honest and straightforward service. There was no pressure to fix or buy anything, and I felt that my needs truly came first. Except that after I got home, oil was leaking onto the floor of my garage.

BMW of Catonsville review
I had a great experience working with Nader when purchasing my 2024 Corolla. He gave me an amazing price and, most importantly, made the entire process incredibly easy and hassle-free. He was honest and transparent about the pricing from the beginning, with no unnecessary pressure or surprises. Nader was also very patient and made sure I understood everything before completing the purchase. He even stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of properly and that I was completely satisfied before leaving. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about providing a good experience for his customers. I really appreciate the professionalism, honesty, and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Nader to anyone looking for a straightforward and trustworthy car-buying experience!
