Great experience. Steve, our Salesman and David the Sales Manager were very friendly and helpful. I feel like the only negative was the length of time the whole process took waiting on the Finance Manager. It took over an hour to see her. She was very friendly and knowledgeable once we saw her and in her defense, I felt like it was a factory BMW glitch as it took most of our waiting time to finally receive a questionnaire on my phone to answer just a few short questions about how we planned to take care of the car. Again in her defense, most of it was caused by the ridiculous amount of paperwork required to purchase a car. We spent less time in a bank buying a house. It would have also been nice to be introduced to the Service Manager and Parts Manager with a quick tour of the Service Dept. We don?t even know where the Service and Parts Depts. are located. All in all, it was a very positive and nice experience in a lovely dealership. We would give our recommendation to others to purchase a vehicle there.

I have owned Maserati's- Mercedes- Cadillac's- Lincolns- Jaguars— this is my first BMW. It is fabulous— so far the best car I have ever owned!

My 2024 X5 in for brake fluid flush. Courteous greeeting and check in, as always at BMW NorthLake. One of my profound requests was NO WASH. The car had been meticulously detailed. All service went well. Upon delivery I accepted the vehicle and I’d not notice anything unusual. However, on my way home, I began to notice streaks on the windshield and other windows in the reflection of diffferent angles of sunlight. I was disappointed. I was miles away and did not return to the dealership. I would award a a 4.5 or 4.9 star rating if available, but because of that, I would not award the 5 star rating. Kudos to the BMW Northlake team. GOOD JOB!

My daughter and her husband bought their Suburu in 2018 and have been happy with the car and the team at this dealership. I have the oil change package and have always been treated as if I just bought a brand new Suburu-- even though my car is a used Honda. The service department is excellent. This was my first car buying experience in many many years. Any anxiety I had was completely dispelled once I started the process with sales agent Bailey Alves. He spent hours with me, carefully listening to all my questions, guiding me through the selection process until I was confident I had found the right car for me. The paperwork process was easy(Shadi Jaber), & a tech specialist spent an hour orienting me before I drove the car home. A followup Encore session (Joseph Rossman) was also very informative for additional training. All the emails to further inform me of Suburu services have been very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership - I am a very satisfied customer.
