Alonzo Mitchell was a spectacular salesman. Canceled his Saturday plans, and waited for us. Also, offered to stay late any day to pick up the car next week. This was the best car buying experience. This man is peerless, thank you.

BMW of Rochester HillsReviews
BMW of Rochester Hills review
If you're like me, taking your car for service is right up there with going to the dentist. At BMW of Rochester Hills the team works above and beyond to make the process easy. I'm not an easy customer, I blow in and out of the service depart like it's a pit stop at Detroit Grand Prix. Tonight I realized I had forgotten to grab my spare house key. My service advisor had ask me earlier that morning, "do you need any of these keys" and I said 'no' thinking I had a spare. Not so and now, after normal business hours, I was locked out of my home. Perplexed as to if I call a locksmith, a local hotel or a friend for a night on their sofa... I contacted BMW of Rochester Hills via social media to let them know of my precarious situation. Within minutes they had contacted me back, circled the wagons and found a solution. Not only did they rise far beyond expectations, later that evening they proactively reached out to confirm I had made it home safely. That is customer service! The team at BMW of Rochester Hills recognizes that completing a transaction (be it sales or service) isn't the end but part of the process of building a long term relationship with a customer. They are truly committed to delivering top notch service and genuinely care that your needs are addressed. While I don't suggested you lock yourself out of your home to test the validity of my recommendation, I would highly recommend BMW of Rochester Hills, if you are looking for an organization that values you as a customer.

I did my initial inquiry via email exchange. The client advisor was excellent, answered all questions promptly and never once pressured me. I was skeptical of the "no haggling" at first, but after some research they were by far the best deal in 5 nearby states. I drove 3 1/2 hrs across state to do a test drive and they were true to all info presented. Fantastic pre-owned car, great customer service...so I bought it. They worked everything out so I did not have to do multiple trips.

Beautiful dealership. Z made the buying experience smooth and easy. I worked out the details of my purchase and my trade remotely and came from out of state to take delivery only. Transaction was smooth and quick, very cognizant of my time. HIGHLY recommend Z Ahmaz. Communication was prompt, professional and effective.

I had an excellent experience at BMW from start to finish. The entire team was professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I especially appreciated the level of communication and attention to detail. Every question I had was answered clearly, I never felt rushed or pressured, and I felt valued as a customer throughout the entire experience. The team made sure I was comfortable and confident with everything before I left. The dealership itself was clean, organized, and reflected the premium experience you would expect from BMW. Overall, the customer service exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled. I highly recommend this BMW dealership to anyone looking for exceptional service and a stress-free experience. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future. Five stars!

BMW of Farmington Hills review
I have been dreading the car buying market because, for the last couple of years, the shadiness of dealers was taken to a whole new level. I had my name on a waitlist for a car, and it didn't seem like they were getting any anytime soon, so my husband told me I needed to make a decision. So, I was looking at a Mercedes, and my student mentioned that the new BMW X1 was worth checking out. I am SO glad that I did. We walked into the dealership, and were warmly greeted by the front desk. Shannon Polsgrove greeted us, and offered to help us. I told her what I wanted and asked her if we could build one out. She was so positive, fun, helpful, kind, and supportive throughout the whole process. She made me feel like I was ordering their top car in the dealership, and was patient with all of my questions. She gave her honest opinion about color and build, and the experience that I had been dreading for months turned into a fun and happy one, and I built a car that I am super excited about, after two years of not being excited about any. We also met the manager, Steve Williams, who was just as friendly and patient. Mind you, it was past closing at this point, and neither of them were rushing us, even with knowing that we still had the Mercedes to look at. We left and went to the dealership down the road, and had the exact opposite experience. I won't get into details here, but it solidified my decision that BMW of Farmington Hills was the relationship I wanted to create. We called the next day and placed a deposit, and as promised, we placed our order with the exact build, and were immediately given a production number, where we could track our truck. I have been told by so many dealerships that you don't get to pick anymore, and you get whatever comes in, and I'm happy to say, that is not the case with this dealership. Everything was stress-free and positive, and I can't wait till my car comes in! I have been telling everyone about my experience, because it really was unlike any car experience I've ever had! They have a customer for life with me! And now my family and friends are all interested in a BMW.

Best car buying experience I've ever had! (And I've had a LOT) Purchased a used car from their Detroit location and had the car shipped to tulsa.ok by ther referred shipper. This whole transaction was incredibly smooth, fair, and professional. Cory my salesperson and the management, all get 5 stars. A rare thing imho in the used car business. This place is very well managed by everyone i delta with. Cheers to them! Dw

WOW! what a great experience, Rarely do I leave a review but couldn't resist this time. Truly a outstanding family affair experience. I met six professional minded individuals who treated me as I was one of their family. Started with my salesmen Marvin who took me from the get go then greeted me with his sales manager Alfonson upon my arrival. Met the President and many other dealership personnel with everyone was so pleasant. You heard me right Car buying made enjoyable. Oh the Car purchase, Porsche C4S Targa was under rated by the sales person as not a perfect used vehicle. He was wrong, the car is in the best shape car I have ever purchased. Zero scratches zero issues zero disappointment. I'm one very happy camper. This dealership rocks, I give then a 10 stars hands down. See for yourself, Tell then Brian sent you.

In today’s world you can find what you want on line…however you don’t always get the personal touch with a great salesperson, phenomenal environment and service you receive from Sharpe. BMW Cleveland review
I had a great experience when I bought my x4 at Cleveland BMW. Odin Greene was a very good sales person. He saw to it that all my requests were taken care of. I saw the car I wanted online, he held it for me until I could get there from DC, and all the transactions went smoothly. All other personnel were equally as cordial. Again, I was very satisfied with the service I received from BMW of Cleveland.

BMW of Westlake review
I dropped my 2026 X5 off for its first oil change. Received a courtesy ride back to my house. Received a text containing a video of the service tech walking around the vehicle explaining the condition of my vehicle's brakes and tires. Cory at the service desk did a great job as well. About 1 year later and I am very happy with my BMW purchase.
