They were focused in getting my business. Unfortunately, they are merely serving their own interest to profit from their consumers. I was impressed how diligently they were to get me approved. But failed at negotiating a deal that would have been a win-win for buyer and seller. I lost out on getting my dream car due to price gouging and predatory lending.

Passport BMW review
Jon Garrett, Sales Consultant at Passport BMW, exceeded my expectations. From my first inquiry about the 2026 BMW X3, Jon was responsive and knowledgeable. He showed real passion for his work and care for his customers. The process was efficient and stress-free. Jon respected my time and completed the transaction in a couple of hours, as promised. Jon’s professionalism and warmth made the experience enjoyable. He introduced me to Jay, the finance manager, who was also outstanding. Jay’s expertise and attention to detail stood out. He explained everything transparently and made sure I felt confident and informed. His professionalism made the paperwork process smooth and pleasant. Neb, a true BMW guru, took the time to walk me through every new feature of my X3. He answered all my questions with patience and enthusiasm. Neb made me feel comfortable with the technology and genuinely excited about my new car. While training Marie, who was also exceptionally professional and eager to learn, Neb ensured nothing was overlooked. Their teamwork and support were evident. I felt I was in the best possible hands. The Passport BMW team exceeded my expectations in every way. This was my best BMW purchase yet—I've bought six before. I deeply appreciate the care, expertise, and dedication from Jon, Jay, Neb, and Marie. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a world-class car-buying experience. I look forward to working with them again and will share my positive experience with friends and family. Thank you to the entire team for making my experience outstanding and unforgettable.

My buying experience working with Bryan Hidalgo was outstanding! Bryan was knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy. After getting a having a runaround experience from another dealer that left me angry and upset I found BMW of Annapolis to be refreshing. I felt It was a straightforward process and fair for all parties. Reina in finance even saved me money on tags something I appreciated. As a result I will dive the hour and half one way to have my car serviced with them moving forward. I highly recommend BMW of Annapolis and Bryan Hidalgo.

BMW of Owings Mills review
Recently I purchased probably my tenth vehicle from BMW of OwingsMills formally known as Northwest BMW. As always it was an easy transaction. This is why we keep coming back… Everyone is friendly and welcoming they continue to go the extra step to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your purchase. The employees may have changed over the years but the standards and expectations as a customer are still exceptional. From the Sales Department, to the Technicians and the Service department and every where in between you can expect to be treated with professionalism, courtesy and respect. Which is why I would highly recommend BMW of Owings Mills everyday.

Had a great experience at bmw silver spring. My man Jacob Jay called me just to let me know they had a car I was looking for. I drove all the way from NC to Maryland. I visited this past weekend to have my vehicle serviced for a recall issue that needed to be addressed. I had a scheduled appt. I was welcomed and tended to upon my arrival. The facility was clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly. The service took a little longer than expected. While I waited I was updated about other things that needed to be addressed with my vehicle and given the option to have those things completed or deferred.

Outstanding service at Passport BMW. Danny was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful. I came in without an appointment and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly he assisted me. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled promptly and professionally. This level of service definitely sets your team apart. I’ll definitely be back!

Passport BMW review
I purchased a Portimao Blue certified pre-owned 2025 BMW I4 xDrive40, after trading in my Aventurin Red 2024 BMW X3. I called and spoke with someone named Teric, explained what I was looking to do. He said the car was available and to come by... he'll have it ready outside for me to test drive. This was 11:30AM on a Saturday, seemed very nice and we started texting to keep each other in the loop. I texted over my VIN and mileage ahead of time on my X3. Went to eat lunch and headed over and met 1:15pm, as planned. I gave him the keys to the X3, we went for a test drive... I loved the car. I showed then the quote I got from Carmax, they not only matched it but came up on the trade offer being they couldn't budge on the sales price. At the end of the day, they earned my business and were extremely cordial throughout the process. Purchased the vehicle at a fair price, they got a great trade in vehicle in return. Also, finance office did not try to sell me on anything... this was such a great car buying experience. And as someone who plans to stay with the brand, I will be coming back here for my next purchase. I live closer to the Silver Spring BMW dealership, literally 10 min away. But I will put up with the 40 minutes of traffic on my way to Passport BMW, because this is how the car buying experience should go!
