Suburban Mazda of Troy review
Both Maddie and Marcela were very nice and helpful. I should have jumped on the purchase!
2020 BMW X5 review
1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

We have worked with Trevor Wortman for more than 10 years whenever we are ready for our next lease car. He is a tremendous representative of the dealership?extremely knowledgeable, patient, helpful, courteous and is very timely getting questions answered! We have recommended him to our friends.
2022 BMW X5 review
Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

BMW of Rochester Hills review
I did my initial inquiry via email exchange. The client advisor was excellent, answered all questions promptly and never once pressured me. I was skeptical of the "no haggling" at first, but after some research they were by far the best deal in 5 nearby states. I drove 3 1/2 hrs across state to do a test drive and they were true to all info presented. Fantastic pre-owned car, great customer service...so I bought it. They worked everything out so I did not have to do multiple trips.
2025 BMW X5 review
The BMW X5 offers an excellent combination of luxury, comfort, and driving performance. The interior feels premium with high-quality materials and modern technology. The ride is smooth, the handling is impressive, and the vehicle feels powerful on the road. It provides plenty of space for passengers and is a great choice for daily driving and family trips. Overall, the BMW X5 delivers a comfortable and enjoyable driving experience.

We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)

Eddie, Robert and Olivia at Opus did a great job helping me purchase a vehicle from Tennessee 500 miles away from their dealership in Michigan. Eddie's answered all my questions, sent me every picture and video I requested. Eddie also recommended a transport broker that took great care transporting my vehicle in a timely manner. Robert is really friendly and nice. Olivia did a wonderful job on the paperwork and communicating about my transport. It was a wonderful experience. Check them out. Thanks everyone!

2024 BMW X5 review
Purchased 2 months ago. Driven only 535 miles. Still on the dealership's tank of gas and have 300 mile range left on remaining gas. Most drives are within 10-15 miles of my home. A couple of 20-30 mile trips so far (40-60 miles round trip). At this rate, it could be 2024 before needing to fill the tank for the first time. Thrown the X5 into Sports Mode a few times to experience the power but routinely use electric only. Stable, great control, heads up display best I've seen, autobraking and sense of the road is great. Good visibility and neither too sporty or too luxury. It's just right.

I had an excellent experience at BMW from start to finish. The entire team was professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I especially appreciated the level of communication and attention to detail. Every question I had was answered clearly, I never felt rushed or pressured, and I felt valued as a customer throughout the entire experience. The team made sure I was comfortable and confident with everything before I left. The dealership itself was clean, organized, and reflected the premium experience you would expect from BMW. Overall, the customer service exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled. I highly recommend this BMW dealership to anyone looking for exceptional service and a stress-free experience. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future. Five stars!

2022 BMW X5 review
Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

BMW of Farmington HillsReviews
BMW of Farmington Hills review
I have been dreading the car buying market because, for the last couple of years, the shadiness of dealers was taken to a whole new level. I had my name on a waitlist for a car, and it didn't seem like they were getting any anytime soon, so my husband told me I needed to make a decision. So, I was looking at a Mercedes, and my student mentioned that the new BMW X1 was worth checking out. I am SO glad that I did. We walked into the dealership, and were warmly greeted by the front desk. Shannon Polsgrove greeted us, and offered to help us. I told her what I wanted and asked her if we could build one out. She was so positive, fun, helpful, kind, and supportive throughout the whole process. She made me feel like I was ordering their top car in the dealership, and was patient with all of my questions. She gave her honest opinion about color and build, and the experience that I had been dreading for months turned into a fun and happy one, and I built a car that I am super excited about, after two years of not being excited about any. We also met the manager, Steve Williams, who was just as friendly and patient. Mind you, it was past closing at this point, and neither of them were rushing us, even with knowing that we still had the Mercedes to look at. We left and went to the dealership down the road, and had the exact opposite experience. I won't get into details here, but it solidified my decision that BMW of Farmington Hills was the relationship I wanted to create. We called the next day and placed a deposit, and as promised, we placed our order with the exact build, and were immediately given a production number, where we could track our truck. I have been told by so many dealerships that you don't get to pick anymore, and you get whatever comes in, and I'm happy to say, that is not the case with this dealership. Everything was stress-free and positive, and I can't wait till my car comes in! I have been telling everyone about my experience, because it really was unlike any car experience I've ever had! They have a customer for life with me! And now my family and friends are all interested in a BMW.

BMW of Farmington Hills review
Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend BMW of Farmington Hills. The dealership was nice, as was the staff. Ryan, my salesman, went above and beyond to help me get the best deal and made the car-buying experience easy. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, head over to BMW of Farmington Hills and ask for Ryan.
2021 BMW X5 review
First, I want to address the KAREN who left a zero stars review and put a very small dent in this establishment's reputation. It's folks like you who are the real PROBLEM! You wanted your title immediately because you feel so entitled to demand things immediately as if everything is a fast food drive thru! I'll take a wild guess that you were probably informed that the title was in transit and on its way to the dealership. However, you wanted to rub a genie lantern and have it instantly appear! Bro or Madam, GO KICK ROCKS! As for my experience with The Car House family, it was a joy and a pleasure doing business with you all. There was NO pressure to buy any of the vehicles I took out for a spin. I was blessed to have one of the sales managers himself, Saeed, personally take care of me and he did exactly that. There was no rush to fill out a credit application, agree to buy or even sign anything. Instead, he helped me understand that as the customer, I have to love the car for myself before anything else. Anyhow, I had the most amazing, pleasurable and #1 car buying experience in my entire lifetime of buying vehicles and I'm 56 years old and have purchased many over the years. So, don't be afraid to let these folks earn your business. I promise that you won't be sorry or feel like you wasted your time........... That is, unless you're a KAREN! God bless

Best car buying experience I've ever had! (And I've had a LOT) Purchased a used car from their Detroit location and had the car shipped to tulsa.ok by ther referred shipper. This whole transaction was incredibly smooth, fair, and professional. Cory my salesperson and the management, all get 5 stars. A rare thing imho in the used car business. This place is very well managed by everyone i delta with. Cheers to them! Dw

This is the best X5 I've ever owned. I've been using it for 2 years and this is my 4th BMW. It has never disappointed me, it's a fantastic SUV. I hope the next model will show the same success. I think the 3.0-liter engine is at its best.

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

2019 BMW X5 review
I traded in my awesome Jeep 2015 SRT. Some creature comforts the Jeep has the X5 doesn't: stereo controls at the fingertips behind steering wheel is main one. Plus the cruise control was also at the fingertips on the steering wheel. X5s not so. I have to take my eyes off the road to look for the button. The steering wheel on the X5 is too thin. The Jeeps was thick and felt great. But I love the split tailgate on the X5! Easier access and doubles up as a trunk.

Beautiful dealership. Z made the buying experience smooth and easy. I worked out the details of my purchase and my trade remotely and came from out of state to take delivery only. Transaction was smooth and quick, very cognizant of my time. HIGHLY recommend Z Ahmaz. Communication was prompt, professional and effective.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

2024 BMW X5 review
I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.
