However, when the need for family space arose, SUVs felt dull. Then I got behind the wheel of the X5. It's a revelation—you truly don't have to compromise. I had great experience, working with Joe. He did not pressure to purchase the vehicle. I had the car inspected by third-party mechanic, and RT expo did not a hide any issues with it. I definitely looking forward again with my future vehicles from here. I’m very satisfied customer.

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

Purchased 2 years ago. Drives like a rocketship. handles extremely well. no issues thus far, just regular maintenance. Interior is very well designed and very comfortable. The caro area is well designed as well.

I test drove a car with Sabrina the other day and she is VERY well knowledgeable in all things american muscle, I was very impressed with how much she knew and she has wonderful people skills. We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)

All went well, fast, and courteous service, the wait was not long at all. The service writer was very friendly and nice, very neat facility.

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

I love my X5 !!! It meets all my needs. There is enough space for the dogs and the kids. It drives great, it is very comfortable. Big enough but not too big. It tows well.

The total experience was amazing. Very nice and well informed associates. A lot of vehicles to choice from, BMW's and Mercedes. Will buy again from this location.

I traded in my awesome Jeep 2015 SRT. Some creature comforts the Jeep has the X5 doesn't: stereo controls at the fingertips behind steering wheel is main one. Plus the cruise control was also at the fingertips on the steering wheel. X5s not so. I have to take my eyes off the road to look for the button. The steering wheel on the X5 is too thin. The Jeeps was thick and felt great. But I love the split tailgate on the X5! Easier access and doubles up as a trunk.

They found the exact vehicle I was looking for at a fair price and a very good trade in allowance. I could not be happier.

Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

Had headlight out, so went to the dealer get it fixed... Service is good, price for the one light bulb $400 is overpriced... Mopar sale OEM $276 on line. Just fyi...

1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

This my first BMW x5 sdrive. I bought it used with 61,000 miles. Everything works perfect. I just had it serviced at BMW of Murrieta California and as expected it showed with no issues. Came out with flying colors! Poor

I cannot recommend this location enough after the excellent service and very good experience I had with my first time financing a vehicle. Cesar Rodriguez and Raul Silva both worked with me to find a vehicle that suited my needs within my price range. These gentleman were extremely patient and professional when handling the sale. I would also like to thank Mark and Brandon in financial services. They both persisted through technical difficulties in order to deliver excellent customer service all the way to the end. Wonderful people I didn't see anybody there that wasn't smiling or glad to see you it was my first experience with Bmw in every aspect, first car first visit pull inside the building immediate help and attention felt really special my service manager's name was Joel really nice man I was very well taken care of felt wonderful to give my money to them people the service was perfect my car was fixed ran perfect when I picked it up they knew exactly what to do how to fix it purring like a kitten one of the things I like the most I picked my car up cleaner than I dropped it off and I dropped it off clean there were no greasy fingerprints all over it like a lot of places to do as soon as you go home you have to wash them off good detail job too pricing is real reasonable you get a lot for your money I just wish I would have gotten into a BMW a long time ago the car is wonderful as well as the dealership and the people there

Beast of an engine twin turbo 8 Cyl, I can't wait for my next one M Series even more Torque and HorsePower, Tech is really lovely.
