Great dealership with outstanding customer service. The team at Elite Auto Auctions made the car-buying process smooth and stress-free. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle. Everything was handled professionally, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to friends and family.
2021 BMW X5 review
I frequently change cars because I love to learn and experience new vehicles. I bought a new 2020 RR Defender and traded it after 5 months for the X5. I wasn't really looking for a new car but fell in love with the X5 while accompanying a friend on a test drive. I really like that it handles like an ultimate driving machine. And the drive characteristics are extremely customizable. It's quiet, quick and comfortable. No squeaks or rattles - the RR had a few. It's a solid German example of automotive excellence.

Easy, No Haggle Pricing. Fair Blue book value. Free transfer on the car I wanted from out of state. Sales rep was extremely friendly. No gimmicks.
2021 BMW X5 review
First, I want to address the KAREN who left a zero stars review and put a very small dent in this establishment's reputation. It's folks like you who are the real PROBLEM! You wanted your title immediately because you feel so entitled to demand things immediately as if everything is a fast food drive thru! I'll take a wild guess that you were probably informed that the title was in transit and on its way to the dealership. However, you wanted to rub a genie lantern and have it instantly appear! Bro or Madam, GO KICK ROCKS! As for my experience with The Car House family, it was a joy and a pleasure doing business with you all. There was NO pressure to buy any of the vehicles I took out for a spin. I was blessed to have one of the sales managers himself, Saeed, personally take care of me and he did exactly that. There was no rush to fill out a credit application, agree to buy or even sign anything. Instead, he helped me understand that as the customer, I have to love the car for myself before anything else. Anyhow, I had the most amazing, pleasurable and #1 car buying experience in my entire lifetime of buying vehicles and I'm 56 years old and have purchased many over the years. So, don't be afraid to let these folks earn your business. I promise that you won't be sorry or feel like you wasted your time........... That is, unless you're a KAREN! God bless

My gratitude for the outstanding service and quality work that Mr. Adrian Hernandez, Anthony Paredes and the entire team provided on my vehicle. From the moment I walked into the Hyundai dealership/autobody, I felt attended and valued. a team of friendly and expert professionals guided me through every step of the process, clearly explaining each detail and ensuring that I was completely satisfied with the work. The quality of the customer service was very impressive, and the work done in the vehicle feels like new. I feel fortunate to have chosen your shop for my repair. I took my Ford Edge to Auto Nation in Margate for a couple of recalls and and another issue i had with my truck ... Jose from the management team was excellent... he was attentive and kept me abreast every step of the way on my trucks issues and recall ... my experience with dealerships is they like to price gouge you ... Jose took care of me by starting with the least expensive option 1st ... this speaks highly of his character ... Jose is a definite assest to Autuo Nation!

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

Lincoln of Coconut Creek review
I brought my car in to get serviced, and from the moment I got there, I cannot have been happier with the service. Will made sure to go above and beyond for me during this process. I am very pleased with my experience. He even made sure that my car got washed well when returned.
2022 BMW X5 review
Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

2022 BMW X5 review
Great vehicle and 30 mph on electric cannot be beaten. Haven't brought over $50 dollars in gas in 4 months. Truly great to have now with gasoline prices being higher

Kris Mroz was my sales representative. He was fantastic! He was very efficient! He responded to my text messages immediately, he guided me with the questions I had. He is a very pleasant person to speak to, very patient. I highly recommend BMW of Ft. Lauderdale - Holman, specially Kris Mroz.

2017 BMW X5 review
The 2017 BMW X5 is the ultimate SUV that meets all my needs. It perfectly balances driving experience, comfort, practicality, and luxury. Driving the X5 is a joy, with its powerful engine and responsive handling. The air suspension provides a smooth and comfortable ride that surpasses many peers. The spacious interior and well-crafted cabin offer a luxurious experience for passengers. The X5's practicality is satisfying, with an enormous cargo space and ample interior storage. Advanced technology and abundant comfort features further enhance its all-around capabilities. Overall, as a top-tier luxury SUV, the X5 stands out among its class and meets all my expectations for an excellent SUV. It remarkably combines driving pleasure, comfort, and practicality, delivering an outstanding overall experience. The X5 is undoubtedly a top choice in its segment, worthy of consideration.
