Ben Trask is hands down the best service advisor at Hendrick BMW. I’ve been going to him for my BMW since 2021 (we actually confirmed that on my last visit!), and he’s consistently been outstanding. He’s always polite, transparent about repairs and pricing, and someone I genuinely trust when it comes to anything with my vehicle. This Independence location is usually very busy, and it’s currently under renovation, which I’m sure adds extra stress for the team. Even so, everyone I’ve interacted with has been considerate, helpful, and welcoming. They always manage to keep a positive attitude. I know this industry can be tough at times, which makes the level of courtesy and professionalism here stand out even more. I highly recommend asking for Ben if you’re bringing your BMW in for service.

He had the 2 models we were interested in ready when we got there, and showed us additional options available in stock. We ended up buying a car which went as smooth as expected. Wow! Can't remember having a car buying experience like this before! Carl and Jay in sales spent lots of "no pressure" time showing me the new 2026 cars and working up a "no hassle" deal that was easily acceptable. David clearly explained the low interest financing and maintenance plans. Joseph spent a good amount of time showing me all the car's new electrical features. He even went to the trouble of stopping by my house to program the garage door opener to my car!! I met with Ryan D. in the service department where he has given expert advice on maintenance with my previous car and I look forward to working with him again. The service at Hendrick is above and beyond any car dealership I have used in the past. Every member of the staff in any department was kind and helpful.
