I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Jesse Marrero at Florida Fine Cars! From the moment I arrived, Jesse was professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right vehicle. He never made me feel pressured or rushed, and he took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I understood everything throughout the process. Jesse went above and beyond to make what can sometimes be a stressful car-buying experience feel easy and enjoyable. His customer service was exceptional, and I truly felt like he cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. CarMax Ft. Lauderdale review
My son was looking for a car we have traveled to look at three different cars at different dealers all were very disappointing. I spotted this car on the internet called about it was told it could be put on hold . I was told the car was in very good shape .The car meet all of our expectations when we got there . There was no hard pressure sales . They got us in and out in a very timely fashion. One of the best car buying experiences I have had. Stephen and Rob were great Consultants not car salesman. The price of the car we bought was not a steal .But at a fair price for a car that should be able to be driven for many years without worry . Thank you to the staff at Ft. Lauderdale's Car max a great experience for my son's first purchase of a car.

So... I did the entire deal over emails, messages and a couple phone calls...and I don't have the words to describe not just the awesome blue sl450... but the entire group of peeps that had a hand in making this deal happen. Brandon, nothing less than miracle worker, while 2 other dealership were dragging thier feet and not really into putting the entire deal together without a body in front of them. I live in ocala and so it's just over a 5 hr drive each way...and as promised Brandon had absolutely everything done before I got there... so I spent less than an hour at the dealership and then drove another 5 hrs home... and I can't thank everyone that had a hand in putting this deal together.

My vehicle had a recall that needed to be taken care of. I made the appointment and went in. Brandon Hernandez was my service advisor who not only gave me suggestions on what additional services might be needed but made sure my vehicle was properly inspected AND sent me a video of the inspection. Awesome service. If you need to service your BMW, take it to BMW Fort Lauderdale. A1 service with a smile!

CarMax Miami (International Mall) review
Had a car shipped from NJ to the Doral Office. Needless to say, the car was not in show condition. The manager, Andrew, quickly attempted to correct the issue but the car was NOT for us. Andrew took the time to find something comparable and we ended up purchasing that one! Andrew sent above and beyond. He passed me the Michael Castillo to complete the sale, and again, Michael went above and beyond in making sure everything was in order. While I would give poor marks to the NJ Carmax, i give great marks to the Doral location for making things right.

If you need assistance, ask for Catalina ("Cat") Sandoval. She's absolutely extraordinary. My family was in need of new vehicle with an expanding family on the way, and she and I first spoke extensively over the phone about the inventory and the car that we were interested in purchasing. These calls were after having done extensive online research to find the best possible combination of price and quality. After multiple phone calls, I then drove on a Sunday to the dealership - hours away - and Cat greeted me at the door as it opened. She and her colleagues walked me through the purchase, and we couldn't be happier with the new vehicle. Excellent service, and above all, Cat is simply an excellent person. Highly recommended.

Great service from MICHAEL HUET in March! Very helpful, transparent, and easy to work with. Made buying my car a smooth experience. Highly recommend!
2024 BMW X7 review
Most comfortable ride in an SUV I have been in. Handles very well, accelerates very fast and does not feel like you are driving that fast. Gas mileage has averaged 22 mpg. I like that the X7 has a third row and many features to it and really like using the My BMW app instead of carrying a key with me. There is a lot of technology in the X7 which takes time to understand on how to use.

Wasn’t sure if I was going to get another hybrid domestic or move on to highline. The team at BMW of South Miami took the time to show me what I’m h family was getting for the extra money and found a way to make it fit in the budget. Thank you to Jovan for making my kids love the car, they convinced my wife to pick BMW which made me happy!

Honest. No hustle. Nice and easy to buy your car. I got ghost black badge today.
2024 BMW X7 review
My car has most options that are available, I don't have the rear wheel steering only because it wasn't available to me at the time. Over all I love the drive, comfort and styling in and out. I wish they would have left the full size shifter instead of just a knob for shifting. Also on the rear doors they removed the courtesy door lights, you do have the lights that illuminate your path as you approach the vehicle. And it would be nice if when you order the trailer hitch you can steal use the kick to open the rear hatch. This vehicle has so many features that youtube can help with. I would buy another one.

Kurt was attentive, responsive and informative. I drove to the dealership from central PA on Saturday, test drove it and purchased my Lexus LS500 F Sport on the spot. Minimal paperwork. Thank you Kurt!
2024 BMW X7 review
Just bought the BMW X7.Overall a great ride. The interior needs help. Your phone is charged behind you drinks. Who thought of that. There is no place in the car to store your phone at all. Only two cup holders up front. Me pesonally have a dog and he needs his cup too. Trunk has no storage compartments. Hello, we have stuff. The front seats seem a little tight. A lot to learn with all the apps Overall a great car little thought on the details.
