Just Bought my first BMW 328i Xdrive and was treated excellent by Veronica and David stepped up and made sure I was taken care of when Veronica was on bed rest , Veronica called and text me from bed rest also. while i waited for a windshield took a little while but they also saw a few things on a used car that they did not have to fix but did and i was amazed that they went above what iI would expect on a used car. I was never pressured and Rami in financing never tried to up-sale a warranty. so with a full tank of fuel we drove back to Iowa VERY HAPPY thank you! :)

This was by far my best buying experience ever at dealer. I was looking at a used BMW they had and I lived three hours away. From the initial contact with Justin Snead, they went above and beyond! I had some very specific asks about some mechanical points and conditions of the car and Justin and his sales manager Alex exceeded my expectations by phone calls, photos, text’s and videos.
