Got to experience the Sewell treatment, and it was a great experience. I don't buy cars every now and then, but I do remember the dreaded feeling of going to a dealership and dealing with a salesperson with all the sweetened talk, sneaky tactics, hidden fees, and even plain lies. Absolutely none of that here! I was treated with respect, was explained things without being dumbed down, and most importantly, they showed a will to gain my business and followed through.

This vehicle was very fun to drive, it is comfortable and sporty, and the handling was excellent. Barely any issues, just overall a great driving experience.

I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

This vehicle has has taken my wife and me cross-country, as well as several other long distance trips, with a sum total of only one flat tire and no other mechanical, nor electrical issues at all! Any repairs have been moderate and frankly expected given the high number of miles (150,000 so far) on it. I expect to keep it for another year and a half.

I have used the 2019 BMW X3 for over a year now, as my third BMW, the other two being the 3 series sedan, with just one problem; Fuel pump failure, though due to my negligence. I now understand that the BMW cannot be operated without sufficient Fuel.

I bought a 2021 BMW X5 4.0 with the M Sports Package and this had been one of best vehicles ever owned. The reliability, comfort and curb appeal adds to it value. I traded a 2016 Lexus GX 460 for the X5 and have no regrets!

This is the best X5 I've ever owned. I've been using it for 2 years and this is my 4th BMW. It has never disappointed me, it's a fantastic SUV. I hope the next model will show the same success. I think the 3.0-liter engine is at its best.

We recently (01/20/23) purchased a vehicle from the dealership and our sales representative - Pete Sanchez, was very professional, cordial and understanding. Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

Purchased 2 years ago. Drives like a rocketship. handles extremely well. no issues thus far, just regular maintenance. Interior is very well designed and very comfortable. The caro area is well designed as well.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Donavan Rene was very accommodating! A little misunderstanding at first, but everything workout great in the end. He was very helpful from beginning to end.

I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.

40e doesn't cost that much more than the 6 cylinder and I am averaging 45mpg. Nice federal tax rebate and I get 800 miles on a tank of gas. Plus parking spots reserved for charging are generally primo and available. This car is the same 0-60 as the 6cyl, but smoother and quicker off the line. I just use a standard outlet in my garage, so a full charge takes 7 hours over night. Public charging spots are 3 times as fast. I take the car on road trips without charging and it operates like a normal X5. No downside to getting the hybrid that I can tell.

Vincent (Vinnie) Adduci was a great help ordering a new 2026 X7 xDrive40i. I wanted the rear steering for parking maneuverability (2VH--Integral Active Steering) without ordering the V-8 (2VH is standard on the X7 M60i). The BMW national website does not let you add the DHP option (dynamic handling package with 2VH) for the 40i when building a virtual X7. Vinnie knew you could order that option and also double-checked for me. The loyalty, discount, and trade-in value offered were excellent and so he ordered the X7 40i with all the options I wanted, including DHP, and it will be built in a few weeks. Great service at BMW West. Joanna keeps us informed about everything and makes sure all that needs to be done is taken care of quickly and for a reasonable price. The free maintenance and warranty work is done with no trouble or issues at all. Any recall notices (rare) are also checked by Joanna. This is a very comfortable vehicle. However, the plastic on the driver's seat, covering the seat 💺 controls will detach from the seat. Nevertheless, it's a wonderful automobile to own.

I’ve owned my 2021 BMW X3 M for a while now, and it’s honestly one of the most underrated performance SUVs BMW has ever built. The S58 engine is an absolute animal — smooth when you want it to be, but brutally fast the moment you put your foot down. It still blows my mind that something this practical can pull this hard. The handling is what really sets it apart. For an SUV, it feels planted and confidence-inspiring, especially in Sport Plus. Steering is sharp, body roll is minimal, and it genuinely feels closer to an M3 than an X3. Interior quality is exactly what you’d expect from BMW — comfortable, solid, and well thought out for daily driving. Maintenance-wise, staying on top of service is key with these cars, especially with how hard they’re meant to be driven. I’ve learned a lot about the platform and common service items just from owning it, and having a knowledgeable BMW specialist makes a big difference. Their facility is clean, sales agent (Donavan Rene) is nice & responsive, but had so much misunderstanding on paperwork that we ended up spending a night in Houston. But the dealership paid for our hotel stay and uber. I?ll give them that. They?re worth giving a second chance.
