I was very pleased with the 90,000 mile service done on my 2013 CRV. My service advisor Xavier Contreras was very attentive in the whole process. In addition, they replaced a missing strip from the front grille that had, unbeknownst to me, apparently been torn off in the past, at no cost to me. Thank you, Honda!

Great performance car, also comfortable. 6 speed manual convertible with several different programmable drive modes. Meant to be driven, this car is as easy to drive locally as on the open road. Trunk space is negligible with the top down. Black on black— a head turner.

Great professional customer service. The dealership is well organized and made the purchase process very smooth and efficient. They were also very informative and I didn’t feel like I was being pressured to buy extras that I really did not need.

They have a good service. Some of the salespeople are rude though. It has a sitting area, free wi-fi, and free coffee. You might find some good deals.

They are precision instruments and a joy to drive, even to just the store and back. Others included 328i, M3, M550i. All equally unbelievable.

Smallest SUV in the range and it still drives confidently. Plenty of power and torque from the turbo 4-cylinder. A very refined ride. Interior appointments remind you that you’ve bought a quality car.

My wife and I had gone to the dealerships and spent a whole day looking at trucks by the time we found one we liked we had to get home to our kids. I told my wife about shift and the truck I saw on it she said let’s try them. So I asked to see the truck set up a time for the next day and they brought it to me. The gentleman told us to take a look we liked it and took the kids for a drive to see how it ran. It was good to in our front room we did the deal no high pressure sales it was very comfortable and easy to do and we never left our house. We will use Shift again.

I think I will trade it in for another one and upgrade. Rides very smoothly. I love my road trips now. I use it for business.

I love my 2019 X3 but it does not have keyless entry on the door. I do have the pushbutton remote but must open the doors with fob push button. This is a huge negative to me! I assumed keyless entry came on this car. I have a heated steering wheel and heated seats in Florida that I don’t need! No keyless entry on the door! I seriously don’t need heated seats or heated steering wheel! I’m very disappointed in myself for not researching car specs details! However, I do love the look and drive! My fault for not asking about keyless entry. Had I known keyless entry was not included in this model- I would’ve waited or purchased a 2020 X.3.

We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)

I just bought a '15 i3 and could not be happier with the experience. Nyomi was the sales person I worked with. She was helpful, cordially professional and made sure all of my concerns were handled. She called when needed and was available as I needed to ask a question or fix something. She always got back to me and solved my issue.

I found the car I wanted (year, nake, model, interior/exterior colors) on Cars.com website, filled-out a credit application, made an appointment to test drive the vehicle and within 1 day the transaction was done! Unless you have to go to Home Depot and buy toilets or staples for two printers, you will absolutely love the way the m2c drives. So much fun.

My recent service experience went very well. The wait time was excellent, the service advisor listened to my questions before and answered them when the service was completed. This dealership also did a very good cleaning inside and out of my vehicle.

Its too soon to know about reliability but the performance is outstanding. It maneuvers beautifully in city traffic as well as interstate driving. It is quiet and feels put together well.

I like to drive the car. I like the way it handles. It is comfortable to drive and ride in. The trunk, with the top down even, has a surprising amount of room and storage is accessible. The 400 series back seat leg room is better. I have had Mercedes, Jaguars, and a Corvette, among others and this is my 5th BMW. The dealership experience is also very important to me!

I love my X5 !!! It meets all my needs. There is enough space for the dogs and the kids. It drives great, it is very comfortable. Big enough but not too big. It tows well.

I'll start off by saying my experience here was very good. I'm always cautious whenever I'm visiting any used car dealership. What I didn't realize, however, is that Calidad Motors isn't just any used car dealership. It's one of the BEST used car dealerships, and probably the most honest lot I've ever set foot on. I ended up walking out with exactly what I wanted. Everything was laid out as it was, maintenance history, ownership history, etc. Every little detail was given to me up front. The respect given to me, even though I actually ended up showing up 2 hours after they closed, was amazing. To expand on that, I called a few hours ahead of time and ended up talking to Alex. I told him I was interested in a car they had on the lot, but had work until about an hour before they closed. He promised to hang out and wait for me, even though it ended up being a two hour drive to get there. I still got the door held open for me and welcomed in like I was family. I've never been at a dealership where they treat you with that much respect. Even the test drive showed that everyone here actually cares. I ended up getting to take the car through residential, take it on the freeway, take it through an area with a lot of bumps, etc. They let me actually TEST the car, which is polar opposite from what most dealerships let you do. Obviously, this resulted in me buying the car. Not going to stop there either. I'll be taking family here, friends here, and anyone I know here... Best car dealership experience I've ever had the pleasure of going through. A very big THANK YOU to everyone at Calidad Motors. You guys are great!

This car is going to respond when you accelerate and when you brake or turn, is safe and fast, fun like a video game, but be careful, service is expensive!
