I didn???t expect to get to trade in a car I just bought a year ago but it happened at Toyota of Cleveland. My sales rep, Matt, went above and beyond to make this happen for me. I appreciate him and his hard work. He negotiated with me until he found a price/payment I could handle. I feel blessed. Thank you Toyota of Cleveland and especially Matt. You did a great job!!! Never have I been more pleased with the whole buying process. From the moment I contacted Kyle Bailey, till the moment I drove up to look at the CPO Jaguar XF, through the negotiations and delivery process, I have never had a better buying experience. I felt welcome at the dealership, and I highly recommend not only the Internet Sales Manager Kyle, but the dealership as well. Well worth the drive from Atlanta.
I've purchased Jaguars all over the country......Dallas, Chicago, Minneapolis, Miami.....and never has the process been as friendly and efficient as Chattanooga Jaguar. I live in Illinois, contacted Josh Smith and he took care of every detail.....the car was ready for me to pick up....the financing all arranged except for my signature......he spent half an hour going over the XJ's features.....and I was on my way home!!!!.....and I also confess to being a bit on the cheap side and I can tell you that the very competitive pricing was the determining factor in choosing Chattanooga Jaguar! You simply can't make a mistake by dealing with them and I have never been treated as well as by Josh Smith!!
I originally bought the Car Max warranty when I made my purchase 3 years ago. The $250 deductible was hard to swallow but it was there when I needed it. Thank you Zach for great customer care. He stood behind the warranty and gave us a loaner while our car was serviced.
My experience with BWM of Chattanooga was the easiest and most comfortable i’ve ever had buying a car. My salesperson, Phil Hill, and the finance officer were exceptional. I highly recommend BMW of Chattanooga.

Eric, Wes and the rest of Kevin’s team thoroughly understand process and work it flawlessly. Arron is always available to answer queries about the car functionality. His expertise is indispensable. I did not return to this dealership after Kevin left, but with him again managing the service area, it will be a joy to return for all service required. Clean restrooms and comfortable waiting area. A truly pleasurable business environment that values customers.
Mr. Fred Fortson provided an upscale experience during the entire process! After locating similar cars at Lexus dealers near our hometown of Nashville, Lexus of Chattanooga came through with our desirable price point for the new ES 350. Fred made the drive worth our effort. Upon arrival, the ES was inside, detailed and ready for delivery. And yes, anyone looking to purchase a Lexus should give Mr. Fortson an opportunity.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate.
