He was able to get a hold of the warranty folks very quickly which they was able to approve my service concerns. JR even took my call over his lunch break!!! My wife found this one online located at BMW South. I called in to ask a few questions and was transferred to Zach. Over the years I've heard a great deal of the outstanding driving experience and fabulious features of the BMW cars. Now that I have purchased a 2026 M440X I understand their praise. The slogan " The Ultimate Driving Experience" is not just an advertising gimmick. I'm still learning the many, many cool features of my car even after the excellent tutorial by the Dealership and reading the manual. In short, I'm sold on Germain Engineered cars and am now part of the BMW family. Too bad US car manufacturers don't make this quality of car. My opinion, is that it the cost would be outside the reach of most Americans.

So far, which admittedly is only a month and 800 miles, but so far, loving it. Traded in a Cadillac V Series (The true "V" series and prior to the Blackwing V Series) and I find the M4 Competition to offer a slightly more comfortable ride in the softest setting versus the Cadillac and roughly the same handling capabilities in the "sport" settings. Still getting used to BMW's steering though. Just something different with it and maybe once I get used to I'll trust the M4 even more than the Caddy?

I've been a BMW fan for many years, and this 428i has not disappointed. It drives and handles just as it should, and the 4-cylinder turbocharged engine is excellent. The seatbelt 'presenters' do not work well, and the door pull handles melt in the Florida heat; other than those two little annoyances, this is an exceptional automobile.

2016 BMW 228i xdrive convertible. The best part: reliability. We are approaching 94k miles and we've had no issues with this car. It feels solid, which is remarkable for a convertible. Everything works just as it should with just routine maintenance. I have only three complaints: the sport seats are my number one complaint. The seat has great lumbar support and is supportive, but the side bolsters on the seat cushion are rock hard and hurt my hips. I have to use a pad to raise myself up a little to ease the pain. The 2nd complaint, and this is worth noting, in comfort mode the throttle can be slow to react. This is so bad it got me rear ended once because the car simply did nothing for several seconds when I pressed the pedal down. Sport mode cures this. Lastly, it requires premium gas. Ford and others get similar horsepower results with regular gas, so I think BMW should be able to also.

Bill Atkins was super friendly and helpful. Helped me get back on the road quickly when I was pressed for time and the cost to fix was under budget and much appreciated. I will rely on Bill for all the service going forward for my Audi.

The G87 M2 is fantastic. It's the best BMW of the 9 I've had over the years. The engine is amazing, the suspension fantastic, and the car is light and nimble. The manual transmission is much better than I expected.

I have a sunset orange metallic convertible with cognac interior and a black top. Very sporty. Get a lot of compliments. Zippy. Love the combination as I ordered it from the factory. A little tight on the inside but manageable.

I got my 2017 bmw m2 around 6 months ago. I sprung for the automatic for a faster 0-60 time plus Apple CarPlay and the executive package. I can whole heartedly tell you that this car feels and sounds amazing. It is faster than 90% of cars on the road with a 4.1 second 0-60 (automatic), and sounds amazing. Additionally the exterior is beautiful and has a timeless design. I would even say it looks better than the new M2’s available on the market. The car also handles beautifully and is perfect for a canyon road. Although some do not like the interior i personally do. Mine has a carbon fiber trim, along with m badged leather seats. It does not have bucket seats however. The interior is minimalist and timeless in my opinion. Not to much clutter and all the modern technology a car these days needs. Lastly the car has launch control for any potential racing you want to do.
