Continental ToyotaReviews
Continental Toyota review
I had an incredible experience purchasing a car here! My sales agent, Ahmad, truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was kind, patient, professional, and transparent, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. He was very supportive and worked hard to make everything fit my needs. I really appreciated how approachable, honest, and helpful he was every step of the way. Everyone at Continental Toyota was excellent to work with when purchasing my new vehicle. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming from start to finish. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend Continental Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

2024 BMW X3 review
Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Perillo BMW review
I had an exceptional experience with Michael Romero. I contacted him about a BMW X2 and he confirmed the vehicle was in stocked. I came in the dealership 30 minutes later where I was directed to him. Upon our interaction he was very responsive and respectful. I told him about my concerns dealing with the BMW dealership in Naperville. He ensured me that he would provide me with full transparency. He showed me the vehicle and allowed me to test drive it. I was very impressed and wanted to discuss the financial aspects of the vehicle. Michael was very knowledgeable & honest. The numbers worked out and he provided me with a full break down of the car fax and the performance of the car. Lastly, after picking up the car he set up my bmw app and spent time being attentive making sure I understood how my car performed. I was thankful with how he presented my car with a cute bow and how he made sure I had a full tank of gas, all my questions was answered. He even followed up days later to ask about my experience. Please, visit this location and ask for Michael R he’s enthusiastic and pleasant to work with. Thanks again.

Knauz BMW Mercedes-Benz SprinterReviews
2026 BMW X5 PHEV review
I traded in my 2023 X5 45e and a 2026 X5 50e. I loved the 2023 and thought I would keep it longer but my local dealer had a 2026 loaner X5 that they were selling at a big discount. It has the more improved Driver Professional Pro package, a $2500 option which includes a self driving option on the interstates. The 50e had many issues in its first model year that BMW has fixed for the 2026 model the last year before the major redesign in 2027. The battery is warranty is now 100000 miles rather than the 80000 on the 45e. The Driver Professional Pro usually is only on the M model upgrades which didn’t want so this fix the bill for a timely replacement before the major redesign in 2027.

Arlington Acura in PalatineReviews
Arlington Acura in Palatine review
I brought the car in for an oil change and tire rotation and left with a safer car. A 4 tires lost air pressure in the cold snap 3 bounced back when it warmed and one didn't. They found a leak and repaired it. A damaged suspension component was also found. That was likely something missed by the body shop that repaired a minor fender bender last year. I was also given a ride home and a pick up when the need for extra work was determined. Great service, highly recommend.

Alan S. was upfront / transparent on pricing and patient helping us figure out what we need, bouncing between models and trims. Appreciated the follow-up after buying to see how things were going and if we had any questions. Very helpful w/r/t getting the most out of the vehicles functionality after driving it for a week.

Knauz BMW Mercedes-Benz Sprinter review
it was just some presales questions and they were quick to reply and offered a lot of assistance.
2024 BMW iX review
Purchased CPO 2024 and got a great deal so I didn’t pay the new car price, but WHAT A CAR! Best EV IMO but I love driving it. It’s a unique car. I initially disliked the front grill, but what’s cool is the self-healing aspect so no chips. Gets great range, and the assist pro driving is incredible. I only wish it had paddle shifters, fog lights, and handles above the door. Of course it’s overengineered as BMWs are, but it’s a great daily driver and road trip worthy. Two months in and no regrets.

Jidd Motors MitsubishiReviews
Jidd Motors Mitsubishi review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Communication and Professionalism!"I had a fantastic experience interacting with the team at Jidd Motors while looking for a vehicle for my daughter. From the very first inquiry, their response to my information requests about the car was incredibly quick, detailed, and professional.Natalie in communication was excellent—she kept me updated every step of the way and was completely upfront and honest about the vehicle's status before we made the long 2-hour drive out to the lot. Even though the specific car we were tracking wound up selling right after the busy holiday weekend, I deeply appreciated their honesty and high-level customer service. They saved us a wasted trip and treated us with total respect over text. I would highly recommend reaching out to them if you value great communication!"

Knauz BMW Mercedes-Benz SprinterReviews
2024 BMW i5 review
I have had EVs for over 10 years now. This car and my wife's 2025 I4 have fixed many of the aggravations I have had with the other vehicles the I5 M60 is the best EV and car I have owned yet. I hope BMW does not do something stupid and discontinue this model. It takes a a while for people to get used to a new technology. These cars are almost a perfect car. No gas stations, charge at home. PERFECT!

Perillo BMW review
Another great experience at Joe Perillo BMW with Michael Fezatte. He made the whole process very simple and turned around our new car search from first contact to leaving showroom with the chosen vehicle (complete with custom spec) in less than 7 days. He understood what we were looking for and delivered a no nonsense, enjoyable buying experience. We will be back again.

Fast and easy. All staff was pleasant, well spoken and mannered. Made an out of state purchase with a few email and phone calls. Sales person Luke was excellent.
