2015 BMW 328 review
I bought my 328i over 6 years ago with just a little over 35,000. I now have 105,000 on. It's a blast to drive. It was very reliable until I reached close to the 100k. Around 96,000 miles the oil pan gasket started to leak. Had to get it repaired ($600 - $700). Not too long there after, the valve cover started to leak oil ($700-$800). Started to get a check engine light around 105,000 miles - thermostat housing needed replacing ($428.00). After some research, I found that the water pump would also fail shortly after the thermostat, replaced it with thermostat ($1,049). After inspection, it looks like engine mounts needing replacing ($390). Hopefully, this is it for now. High mileage BMW's expenses will start to add up. Otherwise, fun car to drive if you are will to invest additional $$$ to keep it running

After reading enough horror stories about BMW reliability online, you start wondering whether you bought a car or accidentally adopted a very expensive German pet. 😄 Thankfully, the buying experience at Sloan BMW Allentown was nothing short of exceptional, largely because of Jordan. Jordan was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and—something I especially appreciated—there was absolutely no pressure or stereotypical salesmanship. We communicated primarily through text, which fit our busy lifestyles perfectly. That may sound like a small thing, but for me it made a huge difference. I’m a car enthusiast and pay attention to everything, probably far more than any salesperson would reasonably enjoy. Having someone willing to communicate closely, answer questions, and pay attention to the details was priceless. From the very beginning, Jordan made the process feel less like a transaction and more like someone genuinely helping us make the right decision for our family. There was never a push to “close the deal,” no games, no unnecessary back-and-forth—just straightforward communication and patience. Jordan even surprised me with a BMW scent kit as a small token of appreciation. A simple gesture, but one that showed that the experience mattered beyond the sale. Our new 330i is officially our first German car, so hopefully BMW proves all those internet reliability doom-and-gloomers wrong. 😉 We’re certainly hoping for many trouble-free miles. And when the time comes for that first 1,000-mile break-in oil change, I hope the exceptional experience continues into the service department. Thank you, Jordan, for making what could have been a stressful purchase genuinely enjoyable. My family truly appreciated the experience, and we’ll absolutely be back. 2022 BMW X5 review
Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

The whole SUV is great, the milage is good for a mild hybrid. The sport mode is great when you really want to go. The efficient mode is nice when you are casual driving and trying to save gas.

2020 BMW X5 review
1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

2023 BMW X5 review
Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

2017 BMW X3 review
STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! I had a 2021 M5 competition and was always scratching the front lower bumper don’t have that problem anymore, 23 inch wheels make the driving position high with less stress on a freeway able to see far ahead instead of a back of the car in front of me. this SUV is very quick and comfortable fully loaded with high tech features and very easy to drive and park, if you are looking for exclusive suv that very few people own this is it , X5 M competition looks like any other X5, the XM very similar performance with distinctive look and dealers offer deep discounts so price of X5M is the the same as XM In this price range gas consumption should not be a concern but with mentioned in the edrive mode I get 33 miles a gallon on the freeway and city without sacrificing the performance, sapphire black with black exterior is amazing and electric only drive mode is great for short trips I only gases up once a month for $43 as the SUV only used about 1/2 tank of gas.if you looking for a family SUV with M sports manners this is the best , you will love it I guarantee it!
