I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

If you want an SUV that is not bulky and still have the feel of driving a sedan, this is the vehicle for you. It is very comfortable on road trips, better than the X1 or X3 when it comes to how comfortable the seat is for the driver. I test drove other X models and the seats were not as comfortable and they felt bulky and more like a truck than a car on the road. This is definitely a crossover with all of the luxuries of a sedan in an suv.

Veteran Review. Showroom is nicely put together. All of the staff are friendly. Highly recommend checking out their website and pre-applying for a loan and making an appointment. Had an issue with the extended warranty and thankfully Topline Auto Group made it right. They have some very nice vehicles on the showroom floor for decent prices.

I bought a 2021 BMW X5 4.0 with the M Sports Package and this had been one of best vehicles ever owned. The reliability, comfort and curb appeal adds to it value. I traded a 2016 Lexus GX 460 for the X5 and have no regrets!

My annual BMW service required an unexpected overnight stay. I live a distance from the dealership and my advisor, Rich Knoll, arranged for a Lyft home and a Lyft back the next morning. The car was serviced and picked up with a minimum of fuss and bother. Great job by Rich and BMW Northwest.

I've had this car for over a year now and I am generally impressed....drives great (even in snow), is quite comfortable, has lots of features, decent electronics, gets excellent mileage with and without the battery. Negatives: cheap "leather" interior, door sill is too wide to get out without getting dirt on the back of your leg (even without the options step), backup cross traffic safety is useless unless you are backing into a wall, and the hands-free lift gate is disabled if you get a trailer hitch. All fixable if BMW but some effort into it.

Awesome to drive. Smooth around curves. Barely feel bumps in the road. Most comfortable seats ever had. Solid. Beautiful interior and exterior! Easy to park. Lots of room!

Buying a used vehicle is always a time consuming stressful event. My car, your car, financing, insurance, inspection. At Auto Outlet, it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. A couple of things that needed attention got fixed quickly. I felt they were fair, responsive and reasonable.

Just had to let it go after 8-1/2-years of faithful service! Only routine service and a battery replacement at 8-years. Changed out the run-flat tires to non-run-flats at 45K-miles, which made for a better ride. Needed a car with more safety features! Probably the best-looking wagon on the roads, comfortable, responsive and fuel efficient. Overall (8-1/2-yrs) MPG at time of sale was 37.5mpg and usually 44-mpg on the highway with cruise at 75-mph (just over $0.08/mile)! Will miss it! Replacement: 2025 CPO BMW X1.

Today 6/25/17 My wife & I purchased a car from these guys. Brakes needed replacement at low mileage (20k). Car hasnt had any other major problems. The auto stop start has been getting a bit rough and I expect to replace the starter sometime soon. Great gas mileage before hitting 100k miles 30 city / 35 highway. After 100k miles I average 23 city / 28 highway. Car has become slightly slower as mileage has gone up but still great performance. This car was floored multiple times everyday of ownership and I averaged 48k miles a year on this car. This little hybrid has been abused and beat daily and is still running great. This car came maxed out with a steep cost of over 50k and depreciation has affected this car heavily due to mileage per year.

I fell in love with the E46 M3 back in the days of high school. The styling, the handling, the aggressive fenders -- it was something to drool over at the time and age. I could not be any more proud of happy to own this car.

Everyone was very nice and I would have gave them a 5 stars. Their truck was missing the Stock Rear view mirror at the time of the test drive they said they had ordered it. I signed all the paperwork for just the truck came back the next day to pick it up and it had a Small generic rear view mirror in its place. And it took over a month to get the plates. Still waiting for the title And I paid cash.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.

This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

I have been car shopping for over two years. Between pushy salespeople, price gouging, misinformation, lack of inventory and flat out lying, I had become very discouraged about finding a suitable replacement for my lovely old Subaru. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw a 2017 Forester with low mileage pop up in my search, and at a fair price. I contacted Curbside, and received an almost immediate reply from Yuri. He was polite, professional, immediately supplied answers to my questions. His calm demeanor and professionalism immediately comforted me. He was friendly and helpful without being pushy. Great ride for the age and miles, you cant even tell. Runs smooth and strong, and you cant even tell the car is on. Car just needs floor mats and a really good detail, but overall very clean inside and out.
