My 2016 BMW 328 GT is the best 3 series I’ve had since 2004. The car has more interior space. The hatchback makes it easier to remove and place packages in the rear of the car. Overall the car is fun to drive.
I moved here from Chicago where the BMW Service was excellent. I have found that the Palm Springs BMW is just as good especially when your service person is Stan Sterling. He cares about you and your car. He is excellent.

I just bought the 650i convertible. Great Car. Just Beautiful and fun to drive! This is my second BMW. Had a Lexus Convertible and a Mercedes Convertible, but went back to BMW.
I brought my car in because the coolant light was on. The service department was very busy because of the Thanksgiving holiday and yet nmanaged to have the repair department do a full service. Now I don???t have to take it back next month.

The BMW 535I has performance and comfort day or night. The twin turbos paired with a seamless power transfer by the transmission and tight road handling delivers a rewarding driving experience.
Michael Pope was great to work with . He was low key , knowledgeable and pleasant to work with . The woman who helped me with the technology was also great and really koher stuff!

BMW makes a great product. What many may not know is they loose value at an incredible rate. I purchased a used X1 last month. This one is 3yrs old had 21k miles and was priced at 22k. The list price only three years ago was 49k. While someone else took the depreciation hit I was able to take advantage of the loss and get a great value. I am averaging 30mpg and it’s fun to drive. Has all the bells and whistles of 2015 model year. I will say the back seat leg room is the only real complaint but with that being said it’s the smallest X series so that’s to be expected
I highly recommend anyone looking for an awesome value to look at this model as well as any other model. You will not be disappointed with car or the value of one when purchasing one that is 3-4years old. Again BMW makes a great product. This is our third BMW and they have all made it comfortably past 100k with only routine scheduled maintenance and the usual repairs/replacement of wear items. Brake, tires, wipers
Recall part fir 2009 x3. Had issue with electronic back window. But was fixed to satisfaction. Service rep Sandy and service manager very professional Overall good job

I exchanged my X5 for this X4. While the performance is good, runs smooth. The height can be a bit higher for better view. My X5 had more engine power due to 3.0 litre V6 engine that I miss in X4 otherwise this is a fun car to drive. Loaded features is a big plus
My car had a flat tire while traveling in Palm Springs and Bryan came to the rescue~ He was professional and genuinely considerate~ He even took his own time to drop off my key to the hotel due to my circumstances~ He is the BEST of the BEST!!! Thank you Bryan!!!
Consider something extraordinary.

Purchased a 2016 BMW 328XI GT CPO with 10K miles + MSport Trim package. Day 1, drove 600+ miles to bring it back home - easiest 10hrs behind the wheel I've driven. Day 2, packed four adults and a large dog into the car and loaded a Thule on top for another 6 hour interstate trip. Impressed how much torque the 4 cylinder engine had in reserve to pass, even with a full load of people and luggage. Averaged 33.8 mpg over 954 miles, cruising at 70 mph. Impressed with the utility of the hatchback design and smooth, controlled ride at all speeds. No need for a bigger car or SUV, this car does everything very well.
Chris Hapner consistently provides exceptional service whenever I bring our X5 in for service. He is always professional and courteous. His extensive experience is helpful when he explains any issues with the car. He calls or texts with an update on the vehicle. He advises you of when the car will be ready for pick up. Each and every time the car has been ready as promised.
Luxury on the top

Warning! When you ride this car, no car will be luxury for you. Everything comes with top quality, silent driving and a very good mileage.
It's a great car but you have to make sure the maintenance is done. That's why I purchased the maintenance program. You cant beat 2k for 3 years worth of maintenance. BMW has the game rigged with that deal. Then Anthony zabala over at BMW of Ontario makes the whole process so much better.
This is an excellent machine for hauling small families around town. I bought a used one at 23k miles. It’s diesel, and gets 30miles hwy and 27miles combined, with eco mode and and full tank, saves 12miles additional miles, most I ever saved. Performance is great too but you have to put it on sport mode to get a real BMW experience. There’s minor outside noise with moon roof fully opened but you get an airy cabin feel and the views are great. Navigation is very poor, I never managed to put directions while driving and mine is very outdated, it’ll cost $250 for an upgrade. Head up display is very small. If lean your head off the upright position it goes away. Here are my pros and cons.
PROS: Perfomance never disappoints, with adaptive rear suspension you get truly altimate driving machine
Auto hold and Eco mode combined, good value for your money.
This is the best Diesel engine i have ever owned
CONS: Great infotainment with poor iPhone intergration. Sometimes it won’t play Apple Music, you have to dig down and do numerous reboots to have it display Pandora.
Eco Mode is great but ride feel is severely compromised
Additional options and extended warranties can skyrocket the price very quickly.
This is a great car and would recommend it to anyone. No maintenance issues hear to report.
I was considering getting a new Honda Accord at basically the same price point but this used 2016 BMW 528 far surpassed the new 2019 Accord in every way except for the blind spot warnings and front collision warnings. The engine, handling, all around quality, and fact that it has AWD all helped make this decision very easy.
This car is spacious sporty and luxurious. Great for transporting grandchildren, commuting to work, and for leisurely driving. This car is loaded with options and is very user friendly
