Joie Mullen, our trusted service adviser, informed me the State Multipoint Inspection revealed front brakes/pads/rotors needed to be replaced which was completed that day! Joie found the front tire had a leak coming from the rim and resealed the tire to the rim. The right front tire needing to be resealed shows the attention to detail Joie?s team shows. I had the pleasure of purchasing a pre-owned classic Ferrari from the team at McLaren Boston, working primarily with Jonathan, Bob, and Corbin through the various phases of the deal. They are consummate professionals, and will go to great lengths to make a customer happy, as they did for me. Jonathan's assessment and description of the car over the phone and through email was accurate and honest, and the car presented better than expected upon seeing the car at their facility in person. Speaking with Corbin at length on their shop floor, it is evident that his expertise extends far beyond the realm of late model exotics, and is backed by contacts and experience with some of the finest classic and exotic names in the northeast. Negotiation on price and terms was a breath of fresh air. Very straight forward, and resolved within a matter of minutes without pretense to very fair terms, having been searching in the market for the past year with a more intensive focus the past six months. Jonathan also put forth the extra effort to locate and secure some invaluable original documents and historic records for the car, which was a most welcome surprise on the day that we closed the deal after a successful PPI. Bob made the deal easy, quick, handling all aspects proactively. To all of them, that I am thankful. I wish the McLaren Boston group much success in the coming years.
2026 BMW M440 review
Over the years I've heard a great deal of the outstanding driving experience and fabulious features of the BMW cars. Now that I have purchased a 2026 M440X I understand their praise. The slogan " The Ultimate Driving Experience" is not just an advertising gimmick. I'm still learning the many, many cool features of my car even after the excellent tutorial by the Dealership and reading the manual. In short, I'm sold on Germain Engineered cars and am now part of the BMW family. Too bad US car manufacturers don't make this quality of car. My opinion, is that it the cost would be outside the reach of most Americans.

2023 BMW iX review
Only 2000 miles of which 500 is highway. First positive impressions are: extraordinary quiet, impressive acceleration, above average ride and comfort. Great front and side vision. Very comfortable seats. Lots of interior room. Negatives are: incredibly complex systems to do simple things, exterior styling is an "acquired taste", rear vision is marginal. Odd door handles inside and outside. It is still too early to make a definitive assessment of this vehicle. Other than an intermittent annoying creak in the passenger window area that is hard to replicate at the dealership, the build quality seems very good. This is not a big Lexus or Mercedes sedan, but rather a very good SAV. Range is 300+ with the 21" wheels. Charging is easy and relatively fast with a good DC charger. True 11KwH on 48 amp home charger. Driver assistance package works well. Steering is a little light but no issues with the shape of the wheel. There will be some adjustment to this type of vehicle, but it has been easier than I anticipated. Registering it as an EV, leased out of state, was a frustrating experience and the extra fees for EV licensing are ridiculous.

2015 BMW 528 review
Bought this vehicle pre-owned in 2019 at a fabulously discounted price. Had only 19,000 miles on it at the time (probably only driven to church and the grocery by a nice widow). Now, in 2025, has 55,000 miles on it. Probably the best automobile I have ever owned. Performance is outstanding, repair history as good if not better than any other vehicle I owned. I added a BMW-focused, after-market Carplay system in 2021 to my existing onboard electronics system. Has worked very well and did an admirable of replacing the BMW Connected Drive system after the latter went dark. Biggest problem has been the tires wore out and I am replaciong the back struts and shocks, but some of that may be my fault. Otherwise, subjected to routine maintenance and had NO issues. Would buy again in a minute.

Found 2014 Audi A4 Quattro manual transmission on Saugus Auto Mall website and called after hours to set up a test drive for the next day. Car was in great condition and was really fun to drive. Though the car's price was very competitive for the market (we shopped around for a few weeks) it was just slightly outside of our price range and they were able to meet us in the middle. We test drove the car for a second time the next day. Both times there was no hassling or pressure from Ali or the Saugus team. We decided to buy the car cash and everything went so smoothly. When we got home we realized it was one of those unicorn car buying experiences. The DMV is super slow right now during the pandemic so we had to wait for a full week for our paper plates and registration to come through. The car was fully detailed and everything was in order when we came to pick it up. Also, we had asked for one of the tires to be replaced because it was damaged and they ended up replacing ALL four tires! Great experience buying a used Audi! 2015 BMW 328 review
I bought my 328i over 6 years ago with just a little over 35,000. I now have 105,000 on. It's a blast to drive. It was very reliable until I reached close to the 100k. Around 96,000 miles the oil pan gasket started to leak. Had to get it repaired ($600 - $700). Not too long there after, the valve cover started to leak oil ($700-$800). Started to get a check engine light around 105,000 miles - thermostat housing needed replacing ($428.00). After some research, I found that the water pump would also fail shortly after the thermostat, replaced it with thermostat ($1,049). After inspection, it looks like engine mounts needing replacing ($390). Hopefully, this is it for now. High mileage BMW's expenses will start to add up. Otherwise, fun car to drive if you are will to invest additional $$$ to keep it running

2019 BMW X6 review
My X6 has been the perfect combination of a luxury SUV and a cushy BMW sedan. I didn't want some big clunky SUV but wanted something a little larger than my BMW 535 . I chose the X6 because it's a very cool looking vehicle with excellent performance and handling. plenty of legroom, both front and back, good space for carrying stuff, and all the creature comforts of a well-appointed BMW sedan. I'd buy my X6 all over again!

The test drive route Dennis knew was also a thorough route that really allowed me to get to know the car. The car itself was in fantastic condition and was reasonably priced, so you’re not going to pay too much for what you’re looking at. Lastly, when picking up the car and completing all the paperwork, it’s a straightforward process with no hidden or surprise fees, very simple. Overall, I’d highly recommend this dealer to anyone interested in used European cars as they’re just a fantastic dealer to work with.

They don’t make them like this anymore it depends on if you have the standard or M class which has the twin turbo and the sport body kit not to be confused with the M “series” I love the cockpit how convenient the location of controls and info center the outside is sport aggressive styling it’s rear wheel drive so it’s shows out on the highway 100 feels like 60 both M’s have low profile tires handling is built to be tight

2019 BMW 430 Gran Coupe review
In the past we owned a 2013 328. Loved that car. Purchased this 2019 430i a week ago. It’s basically the exact same car inside as it was in 2013. No real complaints, if it works it works I guess. Car still very comfortable and stylish looking. Handles very well, good power with the 2.0t. Look forward to having this car for years to come

2021 BMW 228 Gran Coupe review
Having driven my 2021 Lexus IS for a year, I started looking for a change...Yes, Lexus is a great car and I must admit - built quality, reliability and safety is by far one of the best...Yet, I was constantly having a bug in my head, especially while driving on highways...there was something that was not complete with this car and I was having a second thought about it...until finally I realized- I was not enjoying driving this car! Again, safety and reliability were great but was it really what I wanted from a luxury car (many would argue that it’s Toyota after all, but hey- Lexus has so many great features so don’t be cynic)! All my friends, who had BMWs, would tell me that I had to try a bimmer. And here I am, sold my Lexus and decided to give it a try with an entry level 2021 BMW 228i xdrive gran coupe (CPO). Man, were my friends right! What a joy to drive this vehicle (and I must say that BMW enthusiasts do not even classify 2 series as fun as 3 series RWD, for example)...Yet, my BMW’s engaging driving hooked me- this is what I was missing - car that is an ultimate driving machine! And better yet, my CPO vehicle comes with 2 more years of warranty and 1 year free maintenance! Enjoying every moment driving this car... Handling, acceleration (especially in a sport mode) is by far so much better than my former Lexus…and it drives complements! It has one weakness though - you will fall in love with this car and will likely never look back at any another brand! My next one will be the M model if I can afford it...one day!

2013 BMW 535 review
I love everything about this car except for the front lower bumper, I wasn’t a big fan of so I updated it with the M Sport series style, I also Installed aftermarket 20x10 TSW Watkins wheels wrapped w/ Lionhart 255-35z-r20 tires, Tinted Windows,BMW emblem carbon fiber exhaust tips with aftermarket Bora exhaust (Not Loud), Cold Air intake and Followed by a DINAN Performance Tune kit. Lots of other extras as well, like BMW Door projector lights, Aftermarket Speaker System etc…. In my opinion, I feel that I built a car into something that I always wanted. It’s Very Fast, Reliable, Has Style, Comfortable, and I didn’t have to break the bank while doing it….

Bought this for my wife to replace her older jaguar,nice car, Rides smoother than the jag ,good power, a bit small on inside,I drive a Hyundai Santa Fe limited,everything on this car is smaller,harder to see,placement of some controls a bit odd,no where near the equipment the Santa Fe has Considering what this would cost brand new,verse’s Santa Fe ,not really impressed.that being said it’s a nice enough car

I was very happy with my experience of buying my Toyota Prius. Bruno, the manager was Great. I came he made the car ready for me and gave me the key and told to take as much time as I want to test the car. I tested and checked it inside and out. I came back and told him that everything was great except that I felt a couple of rotors and brake pads might have been worn out. He said he will take of that. When I came next time to check the car, they installed 4 new rotors and pad, new tires and new battery. Cannot recommend enough this great business. Thanks, Bruno and keep doing what you are doing. 2018 BMW X1 review
2020 X1 w/sport seats and convenience package, purchased in 2023. Positive notes: It's a true BMW: sure-footed, agile, and no shortage of power when needed. It feels remarkably glued to the road despite its small size. Handles as well as my former 3 series and is just as fun to drive. Storage space is good. Ergonomics are good once you figure out all the technology. Negatives: Ride is a bit bumpy, even for a sporty car, which is apparently caused by the run-flat tires. If I was buying new, I'd get standard tires and a real spare, which fits in the storage space in the back. Sensatec seats are hot. In retrospect, I'd hold out for leather. Overall, I recommend this car if you're looking for something small, practical, full-featured and sporty.

2023 BMW M850 review
I have driven many BMW’s but this one surpasses them. Not only does it have an amazing look but the feel and sound of a V8 is no comparison. I can leave it in comfort mode and relax or put in Sport and everything changes. I hope BMW leaves this one alone along with the M5 and not make into the electric garbage with these horrible grills.
