This is the best X5 I've ever owned. I've been using it for 2 years and this is my 4th BMW. It has never disappointed me, it's a fantastic SUV. I hope the next model will show the same success. I think the 3.0-liter engine is at its best.

There are enough words to describe how truly wonderful Jack Jackson is. He is the exact opposite of the stereotypical “pushy” used car salesman. We visited another Toyota dealership in Orlando and encountered just that. They had the exact car that I was looking for but I wasn’t comfortable with the high pressure atmosphere. We left and ventured to Phillips Toyota in Leesburg and were very blessed to meet Jack. He was kind, funny-which I desperately needed as the car purchase was not desired rather due to an accident, and most importantly he came off as being very honest and acted with integrity which was far different from the last encounter. Some hold the belief that purchases are a result of the salesperson and not the product. True. True. True. I truthfully preferred the car at the Orlando dearlership, a Prius C (smaller version and easier to park for me) versus the traditional Prius available at Jack’s location. Jack himself had everything to do with my decision. My parents were visiting from Colorado and we just connected with him. I truly view him as a friend and give him my highest recommendation. We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)

Very satisfied with the quality of the people that I interacted with. My sales person, Ryan Boring is outstanding. She made contact with me through my reviewing the new models. She called me and convinced me to stop by. I did, and through working out a good deal, I returned my Forester and got myself a 2024 Crosstrek. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Ryan is a great person to start with at Jenkins Subaru a very big improvement over the previous dealership ownership. Ryan took care of everything and I did not have to interact with others. I'll return for service and when this lease is up will return to Jenkins.

I had probably the most awesome experience ever, buying a car, when I visited Love Chevrolet in Inverness, Florida. The sales woman, Sonia Clark was very conscientious. I found a car that I was hoping to buy and thanks to Sonia's tenacity, she made it work. The finance manager, Feliciah St. Hilaire, was very friendly, knowledgable, and well versed in her profession. Not too often can buying a car be a relaxing experience, but this certainly was! I visited this dealership due to my car being totaled, having a rental for 2 months, already feeling stressed over the entire experience, and these young ladies made it very stress free and a relaxing experience. It's a pleasure to work with someone who knows their profession and talks "with" the customer and not talk "down" to the customer! I highly recommend Love Chevrolet in Inverness, Florida.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

We worked with Jesse on buying the perfect 2door manual Jeep Wrangler for my son who is in the Navy. They helped us find the right one and worked with us and our schedule. Jesse even went above and beyond to teach my son how to drive the manual Jeep over a holiday hurricane weekend! Was a bit put off by the fact that there’s one number for all Carmax is and. It’s hard to tell which location you’re talking to and if you’re talking to a person at that actual location. I understand they’re trying to consolidate things and make it easier, but I want to be able to reach someone, boots on the ground, at the location instead of talking to The call center. That said it seems even when talking to two different dealerships somehow the system sort out the messages but again it’s confusing. Overall, they were fast and friendly, we haven’t done a transaction yet but one thing that was surprising is the offer they gave me 10 days ago has now gone up by $1500. Much better experience than I had braced myself for frankly. So far the two cars that I was hoping to purchase turn out to be duds as they had some excessive wear and tear in spite of low mileage and otherwise good conditions. Maybe less discriminating on their inventory than the other dealers?

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Purchase experience was amazing. However, the delivery of the vehicle by the delivery company was very disappointing.

I love the car and at the same time I can't help to hate it. What I love about the car would be the luxurious interior, comfortable and quiet cabin, smooth ride, ease of access, and a few extra features that were put in as an add-on. What I don't like about this car would be the poor fuel economy for the 30i model, especially when compared to the B-58 engine. Apple carplay connection issues, no option for remote start unless I want to void warranty, and no option for the iDrive Recorder App. Exterior Styling - 8.5/10 Interior Styling - 9/10 Comfort - 9.5/10 Cargo space - 8.5/10 Driving smoothness - 9.5/10 Horsepower - 7/10 Fuel Economy - 3/10 It's been an overall fun car to get around in. It's easy to get in and out of, smooth on bumpy roads, and it is quiet. The fact that only 2022 models and newer offer remote start and iDrive recorder is a big disappointment. But I think my biggest disappointment would be the fuel economy. As I had the B-58 in the past and averaged out 11.5L/100km and in this X3 am averaging 13.5/100km which was worse than my pick up truck. I might not keep this car for long-term just because of how poor the fuel economy is.

BMW of Ocala has great customer service and the work they do is impeccable. We worked with Nick, he was professional, extremely pleasant and off the chart knowledgeable. Nick was one of the best customer service individuals we have ever worked with. Everyone we worked with from BMW OF OCALA was amazing from the time we brought the BMW in, until the BMW as delivered. I would rate them 15 out of 0 to 10.

My first BMW was a 1974 3.0CS. Superb driving machine all the rest, 740 IL, 540s, 550, Z4 3.5 and now an X54e. All great fun.

Most comfortable car I have ever driven. My 6th BMW. So easy to get into tight parking spaces. Brakes a bit tight- need to get used to!
