Great car. Wish it didn't come with run flat tires which I believe lessens the quality of the ride, and they wear out quickly. Other than that, no real complaints. Car is truly the ultimate driving machine.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

2020 BMW X3 review
This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

Joe answered all of my questions honestly and to my satisfaction. We would have chosen their vehicle/dealership if it hadn't been for a small issue with the out of state sales tax credit policy. 2024 BMW X3 review
Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

2025 BMW X5 review
Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

This was a cash deal so the 1 1/2 hours to complete the paperwork took as long or longer than a finance deal. This needs to be improved. Otherwise very pleased with the dealership.
2020 BMW X5 review
1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

2023 BMW X5 review
Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

2017 BMW X3 review
STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! 2022 BMW X3 review
It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

My client advisor/salesman was Kade Gross, and he gave me the red carpet treatment. I appreciate that Kade was kind and patient with me. He took the time to listen to my wants and needs and made sure I was satisfied with my new BMW. To top it all off, Kade made me feel so special by presenting my car to me as a gift with a big red bow on it and handing me a $100 gift card to spend in the BMW store! That made my day a year! Paul Florio is a literal genius when it comes to all things technology in your new BMW! He guided me through the entire process of how to connect my phone to my Apple Car Play in my new car with ease, and made sure I was comfortable operating all of it! I appreciate that Paul didn’t rush through teaching me and that he answered every question I asked. The guy in service was equally helpful, explained the process, and offered things to assist with my wait. All this was greatly appreciated as this was my first trip with my Audi for service. I could have taken advantage of the drop-off/pick-up service, but I chose instead to just walk to the mall. While there, I was given text message updates, received a video showing the inspection, and was called to inform me of service completion. Upon returning, I was given the opportunity to ask questions, was guided to the cashier, and was thanked by everyone I encountered, including the guy doing the video, for my business. Very pleasant experience!
