Responded right away to my email. Talked to salesman and asked for pictures, no pictures on website, and did not receive them; this was early morning. After several hours of not hearing anything , I sent another email/text and heard that another salesman was in process of selling the car.

Set up an appointment and came to look at the 2020 BMW the next day. They were fair on my trade (you never get exactly what you want) and the car was as represented. It had just finished CPO process. Overall very good experience from Rosina and staff. Would highly recommend a purchase from Ferman.

Purchased a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica from Ferman BMW and David Soto was our salesman. We had arranged to see and test drive online and were using Sams club program I did not plan on trading in as I had a good offer from Carvana. They were able to meet my requirement to trade in my vehicle. David was excellent, no pressure, calm and friendly. Business office was the same, no pressure and easy experience I will highly recommend Ferman based on this experience and David Soto as an excellent person to deal and buy from. Only issue we wish we had been told there was only one key/ fob to vehicle as now we must pay for a second key/ fob

The owner and staff of this dealership is just amazing. They took someone, me, that has been broken down, washed to the side and discarded (due to my injuries in Iraq and what I needed to go to get myself better) and they changed my life today. They gave me a chance and got me approved when no one else would. The owner had me in tears when he got me approved. I have had horrible luck sense I was injured in Iraq in 2008 and sense then it seemed to be a downward spiral for me and today Veterans Ford of Tampa CHANGED MY LIFE and got me into the vehicle of my dreams and for that I’m in their debt. It’s not to often that someone opens their heart, a business, and works so hard to make dreams happen. Today Veterans Ford made this little, 6’7” tall 🤣, veterans dream come true. I can not thank you ALL from the bottom of my heart. They worked so HARD and made it happen and I’m forever grateful. The three hour drive was COMPLETELY WORTH IT! I have had my 2023 M760i since new. Yes 147k is a lot to spend on a car but it’s a lot of car ! I love this big beautiful beauty… I have put 36,000 miles on her in two years and have had a wonderful hassle free enjoyable ride. The service team at BMW of Stratham NH are great ! I’ve only needed oil changes and a couple recalls taken care of. I would buy this car again….

The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

The nice thing about working with this dealership was we were able to negotiate everything over the phone and that way we could go pick up the car and everything was prepared and ready and we were in and out of there in no time

That made my day especially after hitting a USPS van mirror, making me already an hour + late. Yes, my mirror connected with a USPS, mirror😏. I explained why i was late. He said we have you! He listened to my issues, was informative pleasant joked, pre during and post delivery. Thank you!! Wait was worth it. I used to going to the main dealership on 19, where seems I knew a few from there. Great experience. Will be coming back. Even saw Roxanne, who was great always. Highs: 1. It feels and drives like a BMW: sure-footed, agile, responsive and tight. 2. Materials, fit/finish, and aesthetics are good. 3. Tech is great, I particularly like the heads-up display. 4. All this in a small, practical package with decent storage space in the back. Lows: 1. Run-flat tires are firm and make the ride rough. I replaced mine with standard tires which meant purchasing an aftermarket spare. 2. Standard front seats are too short for anyone over 6'. I purchased one with the sport seats. 3. Ingress/egress is a little tight. 4. Worst glove box ever made; small and designed so that things fall out when opened. Overall, this is a great car IF you're looking for the driving experience of a BMW in a small, efficient package. If you're looking for the cushy ride of a Buick, this may not be for you.

It was ok dealership was far away have decided to purchase a 2025 vehicle year

Prior to my purchasing a 2024 BMW X5 plug in hybrid, I had both an electric and gas powered cars due to a fear of traveling long distances with an electric vehicle. I researched both traditional hybrid and plug in hybrid coming to conclusion that plug in was perfect for my needs. BMW X5 e had the longest range so I decided to purchase one a month ago. I have driven the car approximately 900 miles on one and a half tank of gas and several nightly charges. The quality of the car is exceptional and I love the performance. I would highly recommend this car.

I have 2009 BMW M6 V10 which I daily drove for about 1 year then bought 2022 BMW 430i Msport with convenience package. Race artic blue exterior and congnac interior color combination is beautiful. My car has 797M wheels which are hard to come by. I truly enjoyed 1 year ownership i drove about 30,000 miles and enjoyed every mile in this excellent daily sports car! I averaged 28 mpg and the car has special technology that you can cruise without gas pedal when you are on flat or downhill road. Literally the car keeps going super cool. This car is technology masterpiece and a car with future technologies. If you are looking for luxury daily good on gas sports car look no further! I've looked at every cars on planet under $60k and 2021+ BMW 430i Msport is the best #1 choice.

Bought this for my wife to replace her older jaguar,nice car, Rides smoother than the jag ,good power, a bit small on inside,I drive a Hyundai Santa Fe limited,everything on this car is smaller,harder to see,placement of some controls a bit odd,no where near the equipment the Santa Fe has Considering what this would cost brand new,verse’s Santa Fe ,not really impressed.that being said it’s a nice enough car

I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

We live in Boca Raton and bought this car at a dealership 4 and half hours away. JB and Josh helped us do all the paperwork online so all we had to do is fly there and pickup the car.
