He had great compassion for my autistic son and made sure he was always comfortable during the efficient waiting process by offering him a cute CarMax car toy, a CarMax coloring book and crayons. He went above and beyond when complex situations came about during the bank’s verification process. We bought a 2019 Lincoln MKC reserve, with 54,000 miles on it. The car is most impressive. The only drawback that I would even mention at this point, is a tight backseat as far as roominess, and a shortly smaller cargo area. I have gotten well over 20 miles per gallon around town, and 27.5 on a trip. The seats are incredibly comfortable, both cooled and heated. The entertainment system works flawlessly. The vehicle is solid, stable, and exceptionally quiet. It may turn out to be one of the better vehicles we have ever had.

The 100,000 miles service took 5hr and a half. It was reasonable and everything looks good. Just notice an oil leak in the garage last night. Will still observe if it continues so i can bring it back. Overall the service was good, the things done were explained and understood. Was given a complimentary ride from shop to home while waiting and was picked up when done. I would recommend the Honda service to others.

The Limited is a great car with loads of high end features. Love all the safety features that the car offers. Performance has been great and love driving an electric car>

I had the car I wanted transferred in and from start to end they kept me informed. The waiting period was a bit of a bummer, but knowing that my car was arriving made it worth the wait. Ryan was super he completed the transaction and put us in good hands. We had a minor defect with the windows but Ryan made sure it was taken care of . Overall we were quite pleased. There's pro and cons with this car. I love the fact that this car is very good of mileages save so much fuel , I lived in San Antonio and we drove this car with full tank to Corpus Christi its about 2 hours and half, almost 145 miles away, then we came back still have half full of a tank. My deslike about the car is the front passenger set, its kinda very low and there's no other way of adjusting it. ( Blind spot)When changing lane specially to your rare left side ,you literally turning your head making sure there's no other vehicle. Other than that??The car is good to drive.

I love my Lexus NX350h! I previously had the UX350h. This one is slightly bigger, so it is a perfect fit! The ride is smooth going up steep hills. The user interface is pretty simple, but usually use Android auto. Gas mileage is decent especially with those steep hills that I have to drive daily. I definitely recommend this car to anyone looking for a compact SUV.

I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.

I worked with an extremely easy going team at this dealership. Ernie answered my initial call and was fast to get me help with Mike who had the vehicle I wanted ready in less the a half an hour after our call! Well it turns out Mike is from Canada and also really knows his restaurants and is a very personable guy who I'd suggest to ask for if you go in! My whole buying process was smooth with ernie, Mike and their finance guy (who is very senior in his position)

Excellent car ,no problems with 33 K miles. Rides quite and very solid. Interior seems to be top quality material. Radio is nice and great sound. No chips on exterior paint. Tires are exceptional. I hit some large holes in the roads and the tires are fine. Car has nice little features like dual sliding roof. There are other features like 4 different driving modes, lighted door handles on outside. There are other things. I will keep this for 2 more years.

A lot of improvements with the ride. It rides a lot smoother as what a luxury SUV should be. Touchscreen is now available which is better than using the laptop type touchpad. Better standard safety features like lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, blind spot warning, rear collision alert, rear emergency braking, etc. Good value for the money.

I live 2 hrs away from this dealer, and they made it sooo much easier for my family and I to get our 2016 GMC Acadia. Their reps were very helpful in getting us a good deal!

Only 2 items that need to be addressed is the volume control the navigation system plus headlights are not good for night driving. As of December 2022 I drove all around the USA putting on 60,000 miles on my 2020 Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid. Love and enjoyed driving this Great Product.

I have had pickups since 1973. My sister bought a Seltos 2 years ago and loved it. I bought one and cannot complain. It’s a 4 cyl so don’t expect to burn rubber but it will get you any place you want to go. Very happy so far…

I would recommend this car for a single individual, maybe as a commuter or a teenage driver. I wouldn’t recommend for growing families. Four adults will not fit comfortably, it’s just too small. I wish I would have got the CX-70 but they’re just too expensive.

I leased this car in March after 12 years of being a Prius owner. My Prius was involved in a head-on crash, and although it performed amazingly, I wanted something a little more solid. This car fits the bill for a robust crossover option that also reduces the carbon footprint. The Crosstrek Hybrid is the perfect car for me. I live in an urban environment where I drive short distances for errands or to work. If I go further then the hybrid kicks in. Granted, we have been driving less during stay at home, but I have had this car 4 months and have only used 1/2 a tank of gas which is incredible. I charge it when I get home and at work also. The fact it can charge from a regular plug is amazing. I have not noticed my electric bills go up particularly, despite driving this car almost exclusively on the electric battery. If you do short drives close to home then this car is a great bet. If you drive longer distances routinely then this car might not be worth the extra money over the regular Crosstrek. The interior is roomy and comfortable. My only gripe is there's no wireless charging point, which is offered on Toyota's. You have to connect with a wire which is okay, but in this day and age you'd hope for more. The car handles very smoothly and has a nice 4 wheel drive capacity for mountains, hikes etc. There isn't tons of trunk space as the battery takes up a lot of room, but sufficient I'd say unless you need to frequently carry large loads. The car feels solid and safe, and my insurance premiums went down from my Prius as Subaru has such a great safety record. Finally, this car qualifies for the orange Access OK sticker, which enables you to use the HOV lane and park for free at meters in certain towns (such as Santa Monica.) Overall I am really thrilled with this car!

Emailed through Cars.com on a specific Ford Fusion Energi. Austin Webb responded in a few minutes and made arrangements to go see the car. Easy, no pressure, very friendly. We made a deal and I drove home in the Fusion. The dealer is very small - unlike many other dealers I have been to. They are friendly, efficient and no games. Highly recommend Encinitas Ford. I will be back there buying again in the future for sure.

Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.
