Lots of leg room for all occupants. Great controls. Quiet. Larger inside than what it looks like from the outside. Nice hidden cubby in front as well as in cargo space.

2020 Buick Enclave review
I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

2020 Buick Enclave review
Traded my Rogue for a 2020 Buick Enclave and I am loving it. It is comfortable which matters to me since I am older. I don't know if it would be that popular with a younger generation but for long trips I think even they would like it, especially if you have kids. It is great when traveling with our dogs and we could sleep comfortably in it if we decide to stop at a camp site. I do wish it had some standard things on it that my Rogue did. The seats are more comfortable than the Rogue. I wish the cruise control automatically adjusted the speed. I wish it had a Lane departure warning.

Although we never met face to face, Dominic made the entire transaction remarkably easy. He was professional, courteous, thorough, and extremely responsive by text. He clearly explained the purchase details, credit application, financing, warranty and protection options, handled the digital paperwork, and provided follow-up documentation so my husband and I could review everything together without feeling rushed or pressured. What impressed me most was how seamlessly Dominic and Scott worked together across Bergstrom locations. They found me exactly the vehicle I wanted ? the right model, color, and features without a lot of unnecessary extras ? and Dominic coordinated having it transferred to Neenah so I could complete delivery there with Scott. The entire process was streamlined, transparent, and genuinely customer-focused. I felt well informed and well taken care of throughout. I would absolutely recommend Dominic and Bergstrom Buick-GMC.
