Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. I am on a cross country trip from Oklahoma. Upon arrival in Beavercreek I heard a metallic clucking noise coming from the upper fan shroud area. The following morning after a short drive I noticed coolant spewing from the front end of the engine bay. I managed to get it to the service center and the service rep got me in that day. The following afternoon it was ready I got a discount for my military service, the cost was reasonable and everything appears to be fully mission capable. The staff was courteous and professional. I am very pleased with the staff, cost and most of all the short turn time to get my super duty properly repaired (new water pump and fan belt)
