I have owned this vehicle for only a short period of time, but so far I could not be happier. I rides nicely, and the engine has plenty of power.
The interior fit and finish seems well constructed.
I went to this dealership to buy a used car. However it didn't work out for me. I wasn't able to leave with a new car at that moment due to my own circumstances. The service was still exceptional and courteous. Very welcoming environment and straight to the business. I do plan on going back soon, when my unfortunate circumstances change. The best riding vehicle we have ever owned! Because of its size it is a little rough on the gas mileage but I am willing to pay that for the ride and comfort!
After driving for 4 days from Oregon on our way to Wisconsin, oil life in our Verano was at 4% when we reached Rochester, so we decided to stop at the dealership where we bought our car in 2013 to see if they would be able to do an oil change while we waited. Even though it was after three PM this was not an issue and we were on our way, with a clean car to boot, in less than an hour. The technician also mentioned that our air filter was looking dirty and replaced it.

This car has cost me more in repairs than any other car I have every owned. And at only 58000 miles broken motor mounts ac broken ac motor fan broken brakes.
I was so impressed with Lupient and their service department. The salesman who sold me my car (then called Viking) was very nice and helpful. He made the buying experience easy and painless. Lupient's service department cannot be beat. Brian is always friendly, helpful, and professional. He answers any questions I have and takes care of any general maintenance on my car. Everyone in the service department works hard to help me feel like I'm a person and not just another car. We were so impressed that when we went shopping for a truck for my husband, the first and only place we went was Lupient!

The car met our family needs. Needed a SUV with a lot of room. Surprising the back row of seats is also quite comfortable for kids and small adults. Decent drive but AC went out just before the warranty expired. Some leaks in the four years that I owned the car.
Tell u what I got a smokin hot deal from this place and I'm very happy the guy pointed out everything there was to need to know about the vehicle was polite honest and I got an extremely good price. I would buy from them again. I dunno maybe it was just me but these guys hooked it up.. Thanks Dale

Great car. Comfortable ride, lots of room, good appointments. Has been very reliable with no issues needing repair. I wish it got better mileage, it it does hold 7 passengers and is a large and heavy vehicle. So I can’t have everything!!!

Ive had multiple cars within my life but the buick enclave is by far the best car ive ever purchased. Its got the three rows which fit my entire family, beautiful wood grain, sunroof, drives so smooth. Its definetly a luxurious vehicle and ive never been happier.
For me car shopping at Kuehn Motors in Rochester is best described as "Car Buying for Dummies". Tom Dawson did everything possible & more to assure my experience at the dealership was stress free & totally informative. Tom is knowledgeable, exudes honesty & certainly is not the stereotypical car salesman.
Issues with air condition should be taken care of

I bought this vehicle in south Texas will not mention the dealership which I would love to do. I started having problems with the air condition and researched and found out this should be a recall because there are many Buick Enclaves with the same issue and it’s a manufacture issue. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for a problem that tends to come from the manufacturer. This is a luxury car and should be treated as such from what I have experienced all questions a refered to the salesman where are all the other people finance managers where are they why won’t three let me talk to them? I really don’t expect an answer because we are considered nobody’s so unfortunate we are what makes you succeed in sales and we are treated after the sale as nothing even when we reach out there’s always an excuse.
Brenegan refused to find us the vehicle we wanted. Tom Kadlec did. Quick, easy negotiating. Have 4 kids.. dont have all day to sign papers.

There is only one reason! We have never had ANY problems with this Enclave. It is beautiful, the leather seats are comfortable. It rides smooth on the road. It gets good mileage. It handles great in traffic. It holds all five of my grandchildren. The DVD player cuts all the noise as soon as the movie starts. So why am I selling? Only because it is a 2015 and we always trade every three years.
