I drove my 2013 Encore off the showroom floor. It was a luxurious step up for me in terms of interior comforts. I especially love the heated seats and steering wheel. The cup holder design needs a lot of work - they were skimpy with them. Overall, I am still in love with my Encore - more leg and headroom than 90% of other vehicles on the market - I know, I tried 57 other models before finding my Encore.

The service went well, but they drove my truck to see if they could determine what the vibration was that I was hearing. They said that the sound was normal...... IT IS NOT!! I had to listen to it most of the way home. It isn't a motor sound I am hearing. It is around the steering column. Had they asked me to go with them to point out the sound I was hearing, the problem could have been determined. I will take it to someone else to have it checked and will then figure out what has to be done to be reimbursed for the service rendered.

This car is easy and fun to drive. It is on the small side but the perfect size for what I need. Big enough to fit a mountain bike (with the back wheel off). Better than expected in the snow, more power than expected and the interior is great!

I live in southeast Iowa I found our 2007 truck online traded in 2003 GMC they delivered 2007truck. The 3500 HD dually was just like they said it was. Bought a car from Modesto Auto Exchange. I talked to Ray in the morning before I drove 2.5 hours one way to get to this dealership. The car was in better condition than described. Ray was a clean cut friendly, non pushy, ez going type of guy. Explained each of the purchase papers to us. And had them all togeather ready to sign in no time. I followed his advice on Friday morning, but unfortunately, my bank declined my application. I promptly informed Marcus of the denial, despite having made a payment on my credit card in an effort to improve my chances of approval. I then inquired about the possibility of having my brother cosign the loan, to which Marcus agreed.
