I really like this dealership from the friendly no pressure salesman to the service dept. that bends over backward to explain whatever service I am getting and keep me up to date when they will be finished. They also wash and vacuum the vehicle for me.
Duane Anderson was a great salesperson went over the entire vehicle with me was patient with me waiting for my paperwork till the late hour of his day. Introduce me to the rest of the Taylor family and answered all my questions. Felicia’s internet response was quick inquiring about the vehicle. Juan the manager went over the paperwork theory. We have been buying from John for years. He has made our experience with Grogan a pleasure and will not purchase anywhere else. The accounting department was ready for us when we came in and made things quick. We have never experienced any issues and don???t intend to based on the level of service Grogans employees provide. With the last couple cars I???ve purchased elsewhere I???ve learned to dread the all day affair, I was pleasantly surprised to find that from the time I walked into the dealership to the time I left in my new car was under three hours which included my test drive, trade in and establishing financing; Everyone I interacted with was wonderful and there way zero pressure to hurry up and make a decision. I made the mistake of reading and believing what's on internet. I went and looked at this truck fearing the salesman pressure, I figured if they did this, I would spend my money somewhere else. I honestly checked the truck for at least 20minutes, I finally went to office for keys. Silverado was all the truck I wanted. I delt with the salesman I delt with over computer (Chris), I highly recommend. If I could give the service department a tenth of a star, I would. Do your research before getting your car serviced. They will definitely try and over charge you for the simplest repairs. I had water in my trunk and they try to charge me $300 to fix it when all it was was a disconnected drain tube. Service department gets two thumbs down from me
