I would recommend Mora Chev to everyone. They were not pushy and were extremely helpful. Eric was our salesperson. He was patient and showed us exactly what we wanted. On a side note, Mora Chev beat the prices of large dealers in Duluth and St. Cloud.

I was recently a victim of a hit and run that totaled my car and left me in a bind, and getting a good vehicle at a good price was a HUGE deal and source of stress for me. I had been recommended here by a coworker and found a car I liked on their website. They were willing to negotiate the price, offered to fix a dent free of charge on the car that I wanted, and offered me a free loaner while they fixed it. When I picked up my car, the dent was perfectly fixed, the car was cleaned up beautifully, and I had a full tank of gas. Everyone was very courteous and kind. After experiencing car accident trauma, this was a huge relief for me and relieved a lot of stress. I will definitely shop here again and recommend others to shop here as well.
When I first met Anthony it took us two minutes of talking to know he was the gentleman I was going to work with! He was very professional and knows how to build business relationships. I hope everyone around him is paying attention to what he is doing. It is NOT very often that you are able to work with someone of his callaber. Was told they would mail us our garage door openers the next day and never received them. Told us they can’t find them. One was for our home and our other is for our home we rent out that was supposed to go to the tenant. Replacing them cost us $85 and no leave of mind knowing someone could have our openers somewhere and could get into our home. No apology nothing.
Antony cotton was very helpful on this transaction he was there from start to the finish the one part that does bother me is that I did get the shuffle on my first two salesman which to me I felt was not right what sold me on this dealership was the service dept rocks the manager there went overboard to help me on my wife’s vehiclet the service department to p ram
Anthony was very helpful. He helped stay within our budget was very friendly and out going. I'm very impressed with his service. I also own a Gmc Yukon and the Service department has been very accommodating.
I was just 'looking' to replace my 2007 Suburban LTZ with 285,000 miles (I had just gotten her broken in) and stopped by this dealer to see the newer (2015 and newer) Suburbans and Yukon XL's. I found a beautiful 2015 LTZ and before I knew it, I was signing the papers. The very next day I noticed what I felt was a significant issue with the paint and went back to the dealer ~At this point I was a rather unhappy customer to put it mildly. The General Manager took the time to work directly with me, let me vent my frustrations and anger, all the while maintaining the utmost professionalism.
After I exhausted all my anger, we sat down in his office and he very calmly assured me he would take care of my concerns to my satisfaction - and that he did. He also went beyond my expectations and provided a loaner while the work was being performed.
fast forward two months - I brought my vehicle in for some 'warranty' work and their Service Department experience was equally as terrific.
They had my vehicle for a couple days - called me at the end of each day with updates - never had that before - again - WOW
