I would highly recommend Drew Velez. He was very honest, knowledgeable, and fair when searching for a new car. I was stuck between picking one of two cars and he took the time to find out what exactly I was looking for and helped me pick the best car, which worked out great.
Casey King is AMAZING!! Not only did she help me but she turly went above and beyond all she did for me 2day, had to bring my baby in that I bought from y’all for some services and Casey was there to help and make everything a smooth process for me! She even got me something fun to “play” in while waiting for my baby to be fixed she tried find out everything possible to save me some money and was just truly an awesome and AMAZING woman!! Will be working with her from now on for any needs I have!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I'd been to University Ford North about two years ago when shopping for a new car. At that time I ended up deciding on a new non-Ford model which I still currently drive.
Lately I've been looking for a used car to add to the family as we now have 2 kids driving. I'd had a positive, low-pressure experience two years ago so decided to return when I saw they had a number of used Ford Fusion. I was greeted by David Harrington and with minimal hassle took two of my target cars out for test drives.
I hadn't fully made up my mind to purchase a Fusion and David was politely persistent during my purchase process, arranging for an additional test drive for my wife while I continued looking around. University Ford North was accommodating -- pleasant and easy to work with, especially compared to other dealers. Once I made up my mind to purchase, the time needed to close the deal was minimal and the process hassle-free.

I purchased a new car solely based on the VIP treatment that I receive from the Service Department at Hendrick Cadillac in Cary, NC. I would not have purchased a car there, had it not been for Jamie Flees and Cory Lyle. They should be promoted and/or given raises, as they do not reap the benefits of the commission on car sales. The service department arguably contributes more to new car sales than advertising and sales department combined.
When I purchased the vehicle from Hendrick of Cary the price I felt was fair. Since the purchase the experience has been less than satisfactory. I was at the dealership for over five hours during the purchase. During those five hours, the vehicle was supposed to be detailed. For whatever reason that did not happen. Which brings me to the dreadful service department.
I called to schedule an appointment on a Friday and had to leave a voicemail. I never heard back from anyone and called the following Tuesday. Due to work requirements I only had a two day window to get the service completed that week. The individual answering the phones transferred me to the service managers voicemail. I left a message that morning around 9am. Due to my narrow window of availability I called back and was transferred yet again to Rick's voicemail and left another voicemail around 1pm that same day. I never received a call back from him either. I called back the next day and the girl answering the phone stated she did not know whom the general manager was and could not transfer me to him but wanted to schedule my service and owed detail. I scheduled the service for a Monday morning and was told it would take about 4 hours for the oil change, the detail and to look at an issue with the vehicles overhead console. I arrived at the dealership for my scheduled service and then used the shuttle to go to a nearby restaurant. I returned to the dealership and sat in the waiting room until around 12:30pm. Three hours into my service. I was never contacted by anyone with a status and walked to the service counter. My service rep told me the oil change has been completed but they were waiting for the detail dept. to get back to them with a time for my vehicle. Why wasn't this completed when the appointment was scheduled is beyond me, and shows the inferior quality of this service team. I was then told nobody had time to check out my overhead console and the service rep was too busy to ride with me to see my complaint. Again, wasn't this scheduled when I made my appointment? I guess not. Needless to say after nearly four hours, which should have been ample time to complete all of my needs, the only thing completed was my oil change. I was then asked if I could bring the vehicle back for the detail and for someone to ride with me to address the overhead console issue. I live in Wake Forest so it takes time and gas to go to Cary. This is a waste of both in my behalf. If I knew this was how it would be, I would have purchased the truck from another dealership. SOOO DISAPPOINTED. I've already steered one customer to another dealership due to my inferior experience thus far. Uncalled for. Beware!!
I had the absolute best experience purchasing my 2016 Cadillac ATS coupe at Hendrick Cadillac of Cary. My sales consultant was Charles Carter and he was the utmost professional! He worked until he found exactly what I desired in a vehicle! Charles is very knowledgeable and offers excellent advice during your purchasing experience. To top it all off Charles personally delivered my vehicle from Cary, NC to Charlotte, NC. Customer service doesn't get any better than that! I am appreciative of his services and will recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle with Hendrick Cadillac of Cary!
