I am always very pleased with how the guys go above and beyond. And they explain things to me with out making me feel stupid. I never feel taken advantage of.
Nice Car, But...

Overall, my Buick encore all wheel drive is a nice ride. However, my general experience with the auto stop technology is not good. Within two years, the auto stop feature caused my brand new battery to die, leaving me stranded On a major roadway in the middle of rush hour. My personal opinion is that the auto stop feature is pointless and I will never buy another car with auto stop. Hey on a major roadway in the middle of rush hour. My personal opinion is that the auto stop feature is pointless and I will never buy another car with auto stop.
Pleasant, treated well. Service department really knows their stuff. Very helpful

Our Encore has all the features we were looking for in a (newer) car and we are pleased with the way it performs after 4 months of driving it. We are very comfortable with the extended "Certified" warranty and service package offered to us and trust this is the beginning to a long term relationship with GM and Buick that we will be happy with.
My salesman Vern Petrea Jr. went above and beyond to make sure I understood all the features on my new purchase. I showed up on a motorcycle and the weather was getting bad before I went to pick up my new car ,and Vern went out of his way to come to my house and pick me up , and bring me in to the dealership to pick my vehicle up. I wanted to say that I really appreciated the way he conducted himself. There was no hi pressure sales and I think I tested 7-8 used cars and he took the time to make sure that I knew about each vehicle..He was very professional and courteous in every way. I wish there were more salesmen like Vern. Thanks Vern for the Awesome Experience in purchasing my new used vehicle.. Jeff Smith

Good car on all counts. I'm still learning all the features;this is the first time I have owned a car with all the bells and whistles as they say. Love the look and it is reliable.
Great staff and great service always. Never have a problem getting an appointment when I need one.
Most comfortable car I have owned.

The reason for purchasing this car was it is high up like an SUV but smaller and more fuel efficient. I feel safer driving on the freeway every day. It runs very smoothly and the soundproofing inside the car makes for a very quiet and peaceful drive and it has a great sound system. It also has enough room in the back for transporting equipment. I am very pleased with it.
Great dealership to work with. I found the HHR on the internet, called and worked a deal before I even went to look at. I live about 150 + miles away. The dealership was upfront on everything they said about the car, and was very easy to work with over the phone and in person. One of the best experience I had in car buying. All dealerships should be like this.

Great car so far, I thought it was for older people but more of a younger vibe to me. Rides great, no outside road noise, comfy and love the handling.
Though we had to travel all over to find that best car at the best dealership. Found a gem less than a mile away. Best value convertible of all the premium cars was at Sims. Bought a Cascada and get compliments on its style usually every time we we go out,..For real. We couldn't take delivery because new concrete was just poured. They kept it for three weeks mostly in the showroom even though it possed serious sales issues. Would recommend Sims in a heartbeat. Oh by he way...,the 19 seconds to open or close the top is awesome ¿¿¿
Great value car that is very versatile

Best value car in its class, lots of storage, great mileage, some weird interior styling choices but feels nice overall. Definitely the best small SUV on the market you can get barely used under 20k right now.
I looked at cars.com found nice car interested in.dealership super fast response, told me about car, gave me idea of payments based on my credit score, and said I could drive the car home following morning in which was a over all great experience.

I chose this vehicle for its AWD and height, but it doesn't feel like it's too big of an SUV to be clunky. I enjoy driving it and especially like the great gas mileage.
Had a wonderful salesman Tony V was very helpful and professional. I Love my new CRV. I went to pick it up and he spent time showing me how everything works so I wasn’t afraid to leave. I will recommend him to my friends.
It is worth its weight in gold.

This car is great on gas interior is nice could be a little more classy. After all it’s a Buick. This vehicle is great on the road handles very well. I love it..
I’ve had a great experience with Classic GMC. I’m a return Terrain owner, 2010, and when I saw that they’d been updated I new it was time to check them out. Very happy with my 2018 so far.
A great little subcompact SUV

This is the first Buick I've ever owned -- the 2017 Encore had a bit of a refresh in styling from the year before, both in its exterior and interior -- best was the interior refresh. The touch screen is now integrated into the dash -- no "stand up" screen as before. I have the next to highest trim level, the Essence -- dual zone HVAC controls for the front seat passenger and driver, and leather interior. Great gas mileage -- the turbo charged four cylinder does a good job -- a bit louder engine sounds than a six cylinder. Overall, a great little car.
Leased from Mario Pece for the second time. So sad to here he is retiring as I really loved his laid back selling approach . Liked his honesty & patience.
Rebuilt engine and new brakes required 11,000 mile

Gravely disappointed in the Buick Encore. In for repairs twice in the last month. First time rebuilt engine and replaced rear brakes, two weeks later, replaced rear brakes again. Went back to the dealership and he priced the buy back at 50 cents on the dollar. This for a year old car with less than 12,000 miles. Bad deal.
I have been dealing with Midway Chevrolet for over 10 years and know most of the staff. They have always been friendly and courteous. Repairs and service have always been completed in a timely manner. If I had any issues after completion of a repair or service they have worked with me to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I have also bought several vehicles from Midway and the sales person I worked with listened to me and found the vehicle I wanted at an affordable price.I will continue to be a Midway customer.

This new SUV is amazing. I had my KIA sportage 2000 for 18 years and love it. I did not want to trade it in until I test drove the Buick. I love this SUV, it drives nice, looks nice, and it was the right size for me to make the decision to get a new car!
