He listened carefully to what I was looking for and helped ensure the vehicle checked every box. More importantly, he respected my request for an efficient process and worked hard behind the scenes to make that happen. Communication was excellent throughout, and he kept me updated every step of the way. By the time I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was prepared, all of the details had been handled, and there was very little left to do. He was organized, professional, and efficient while still taking the time to explain everything clearly.
