Worked with salesman for a few days trying to trade in a car and buy one of theirs. Not too bad overall, but could not get a decent price for my trade. Stopped communicating presumably because my offer was not good enough. Would probably try again with different and more responsive sales person.

Avondale Toyota is a great dealership! During the past thirty (30) year, I've bought 30-40 brand new vehicles, including but not limited to, Lexus Sedans & SUV, Mercedes Benz, Cadillac (many), Chevrolet Corvette, trucks: Ford Platinum, Chevrolet, Dodge and GMC. The person who helped me at Avondale Toyota was Mr. Leonardo "Leo" Alvarez -- Leo is a straight shooter, no games, he didn't "turn" me to someone to start over -- a very pleasant transaction! In addition, Leo helped me program my iphone with my Prius--very helpful!!! What's more, from the beginning of our conversation & transaction, everything Leo stated to me occurred--no hiccups, no stories, no excuses!! I cannot stand excuses!!! Many dealerships will draw-in customers, switch the prospective buyer either to a lease, or sell the vehicle to another customer--this doesn't happen at Avondale Toyota!! I live in San Diego, CA (although originally from Phoenix), Prius' sell quickly in California, and unscrupulous California Toyota Dealerships will sell the car to who will pay the most! So, I decided to check-out Arizona Toyota delearships because gasoline is less expensive. Leo could have used my circumstances against me to justify charging me more, or selling to another--but he didn't!! Leo is a stand-up sales manage! Since, I've returned to San Diego, drove my 2025 Prius, easy drive, lot's of performance!! I can't say enough good things!!! I met Sharon Gluschenko while getting my hair cut by our mutual stylist. She was waiting for her appointment, and John introduced us. Sharon told me about ACS and how they could help find any vehicle I might be looking for. This was shortly before our mutual stylist moved to Mesquite. Not long after, it was time to say goodbye to our 2018 RAV4 and hello to a 2025 Palisade. We had done our research and even test-drove one—we loved it. So we went to ACS and spoke with John. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and there was no pressure or hassle whatsoever. He found the exact car we wanted the same day, and just a few days later, we were driving our new Palisade—at a price below the sticker! If we ever buy another vehicle, it will absolutely be through ACS. We’re telling everyone we know about these amazing people. It was a truly fantastic experience.
