LaFontaine Buick GMC of Ann ArborReviews
LaFontaine Buick GMC of Ann Arbor review
2nd vehicle from LaFontaine Buick. Our sales guy, Shawn, was outstanding. He listened to what we wanted and presented the vehicle that matched. I had started with Shawn a month before and he knew my timeline of a lease running out and he didn?t blow up my phone, appreciated. I actually scheduled a call for June 30, 2028 to call Shawn. LaFontaine as a dealer.. trust me, if you need something done, in service, their waiting area is top notch.
2022 Buick Envision review
I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

Erik was a fantastic salesman. This was the easiest car deal I’ve ever made. Erik was perfect the entire way through. Also, John was awesome as well. Erik and John are such an amazing duo. Go and see them. You will not be disappointed! Thanks Pure Honda!
2023 Buick Envision review
Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

Suburban Mazda of Farmington Hills review
Courtney was amazing. She listened and wasn't afraid to check out various options to try to meet the needs expressed for me, a first time Mazda buyer. I appreciated that Suburban made the process painless and left us feeling supported.
2019 Buick Envision review
The Buick Envision Essence is an extremely inviting car to drive! I read that it has rattles and noises while driving at higher speeds on the freeway?! I don’t hear or have that issue! The car offers plenty of leg room, head room, and fantastic options for many types of drivers! I would recommend you drive this car to buy it!

Zane, Mark, Victor, the whole team, provided the ultimate support throughout the sale and followup after (they dealt with a Secretary of State foul-up). We live an hour away, so most contact was via phone calls. They were always responded quickly to calls and called back with answers. I am beyond satisfied with my new pickup and with Brokers and Sellers.

So far its been a good vehicle. It's drives and handles well. Safety features excellent. Gas mileage excellent. Hugs the road good. I like the camera in rearview mirror.

I recently took my wife's 2026 Equinox in to Matick Chevy for it's first maintenance. I checked to see if I could drop it off the night before and was told no problem. 1st maintenance was performed and they gave me a call that I could pick it up the next afternoon. No charge, such a deal. I was also given a car wash ticket. That's how its supposed to be.

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

This is our second Buick. First one was a 1990 Riviera which we had for 8 years. No problems, loved the car. The Envision now is much like tie first, had it now for 3 years and like everything about it. Have taken it on long trips and short, just like driving it.

I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

2020 Buick Envision review
Really like this SUV! Wanted more room than my Encore. Has everything I need! Good feeling when friends tell you how much they like the ride and the looks! Wife now driving the Encore, and she loves it!

Leasing two cars couldn't have been easier. Thanks to Hussein Harb at LaFontaine Chevrolet. Honest, professional, and genuinely cares about his customers. Highly recommend!
2022 Buick Envision review
I was kind of forced into my 2022 Envision during the inventory crisis post covid. My Alfa Romeo Giulia lease was totaled. I lost the market equity as Ally being the lessor is entitled to retain all over payment. I needed a vehicle quick. Upon arriving at my local Buick GMC dealer I asked what was on the lot long enough they wanted to move. The answer was a Preferred awd Envision in Burnished Bronze. I bought it, was surprised with the "premium sound system" (not Bose). Love the quiet smooth ride. This 2.0 is not the Alfa's 2.0 that is for sure, but I have had no issues getting around or through slow traffic. All in all... I was, and continue to be, a year later impressed. Well done Buick, just wish it had LUMBAR.

Matick Buick GMCReviews
Matick Buick GMC review
When we were looking for a car last November we were lucky enough to have Steve wait on us. Steve made sure we got everything we wanted and more. Steve is professional knowledgeable and Pleasant to work with. Steve made sure everything went smooth and easy and stress-free when buying a vehicle. We couldn't be happier with the vehicle or Steve at Matick Buick. In June we needed some body work done. We called Steve and he got us in right away and took care of the problem. Steve is on his A-game and always takes your calls. Again everything worked out smooth and easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend Matic Buick for any of your vehicle needs and ask for Steve as your salesman. You will never be disappointed. We hope Matic Buick in Southfield realizes how fortunate they are they have a salesperson who is as dedicated as Steve is.

Coleman Buick GMC review
The customer service was great and they were welcoming and helpful as soon as I came into the dealership. It was the first time taking my car in for routine service and the receptionist was so helpful of completing the paper work and answered all my questions. I purchased the car from this dealership in October. I had the best sales person and the finance person was so good and they both made the buying process perfect.
2023 Buick Envision review
Just had my first major car repair at 44k miles. Some steering sensor that could cause me to lose power steering. Had I not had the extended warranty I would be responsible for the $5k repair bill. We are barely out of the manufacturers warranty! Other than that, I love this car but already expecting to get rid of in the next year due to the unknown.
