I travel quite a bit, so I am at Williamson Cadillac every 4-6 weeks for an oil change/general service. Carmen is always so friendly and outgoing. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle is taken care of and keeps me informed while I wait.

My 2026 Buick Envista is a delight to operate. I love the heated steering wheel and heated and cooling seats. The slick dash board is easy to read. The trunk lid has three choices for the distance the lid will rise when opened so I can set it to open safely in my garage. I like the blue stitching on the inside doors and seats. It matches perfectly with the Aquamarine Blue Metallic outside color. The ability to start the car from the outside is another favorite feature. The back seat passengers are comfortable. I thank the designers and give this new car 5 plus stars. I am very happy with my selection.

I was having an issue with my vehicle and reached out to a few dealerships for help. One never returned my calls, and another quoted me an outrageous price without even looking up my vehicle. It?s rare to find a service advisor who genuinely cares and follows through on their promises. I?m so glad I didn?t give up and called Sheehan.
