Coral Springs Buick GMCReviews
Coral Springs Buick GMC review
Working with salesperson Brahms, made the entire procedure pleasurable. He made time to explain all of the features on the new Encore, with much patience. I decided to install side safety signals, and Brahms arranged for a loaner. Upon return, my personal belongs from the trunk of the car, were missing. Mr Brahms inquired daily about my belongings, and he went to the repair shop, where they were found, and he returned them all in tact. Commendable.
2023 Buick Encore GX review
I love this suv! I have a bad back and the Bonneville I had was getting tough to get in and out of. ( Pontiac went to a close friend and Pontiac enthusiast who's going to give her TLC) I just love the GX though lots of bells and whistles I'm still learning but handles great in snow !

2023 Buick Encore GX review
I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

2016 Buick Encore review
I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

Ed Morse Sawgrass Auto MallReviews
Ed Morse Sawgrass Auto Mall review
I recently purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Trail Boss from Ed Morse Sawgrass, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. My sales professional, Mr. William "Billy" Mashraky, went above and beyond to ensure the entire purchase process was smooth and stress-free. From the moment I met Billy, he was honest, professional, transparent, reliable, and genuinely listened to my needs. He took the time to help me set up my new truck and made sure all the features and options I wanted were included. Before I left the dealership, he patiently helped me set up the truck's technology and other features. Even after I drove off the lot, Billy followed up with a text to make sure everything was working properly and that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. That level of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. Everyone at Ed Morse Sawgrass was welcoming and friendly. The General Manager, Mr. Jordan Schear and Finance Manager, Mr. Bradley Taylor, both took the time to introduce themselves, making me feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. As a veteran and first responder, I especially appreciated that the team made sure I received every discount available through General Motors and the dealership. They went out of their way to ensure I received all the savings I qualified for. A few weeks after my purchase, I returned to the dealership to have running boards installed and to replace both windshield cowls on my new truck. Mr. Shiv Balkaran from the Service Department assisted me, and he provided the same outstanding level of customer service that I experienced during the sales process. Shiv was friendly, honest, professional, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. It's reassuring to know that the excellent customer service at Ed Morse Sawgrass continues long after the sale. If you're looking for a dealership that values honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Ed Morse Sawgrass. From the sales team to the service department, my experience exceeded my expectations. I will gladly recommend Billy, Shiv, and the entire team at Ed Morse Sawgrass to my family and friends.

2024 Buick Encore GX review
My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Encore GX purchased used w/ only 2500 mi on the clock. The Encore GX is one of the current Buick lineup of 3 small SUVs for about $25k; I suspect these hidden gems are unknown to many Americans. Unfortunately Buick's focus on China has resulted in the Buick brand being all but forgotten in the US. The NHTSA has given a ***** Overall Safety Rating to the 2024 GX. I have one negative with the Encore -- I'm 6'-1" and the Encore is small for me. Some call the cabin "surprisingly roomy" for a sub-compact suv. Truth be said IT'S JUST SMALL. Likes * 1.2L Turbo engine surprisingly strong in city driving * Entry-level luxury at a moderate price * Fun to drive (some call it boring) * Lots and lots and ... of safety features * Excellent mileage (30+ mpg) for an ICE SUV * Sits up high (as a SUV should!) due to 18" wheels * Quiet cabin due to Buick's QuietTuning technology * Heated seats, steering wheel, outside mirrors * Physical buttons/knobs for radio, climate controls -great * Power hatch/liftgate w/ kick plate - very handy * Traction & Stability control Dislikes * 1.2L Turbo engine is somewhat challenged on the highway * Design same-same as every other small SUV on the road * Digital Speedo and NO Tach; I prefer the real thing * Seats are narrow, hard and uncomfortable on long trips * Road noise is worse than expected for a Buick * Small cargo area w/o rear seat backs down * Insufficient legroom in back seats * Insufficient rear headroom for tall persons * AM/FM/Satellite radio difficult to program * VERY sensitive brakes and accelerator

2026 Buick Enclave review
We have only had this Enclave for a few weeks, so I won't give it a full 5 stars, pending another 2-3 months of use. I do, however love many things about this suv. I love the size of it, not much difference between it and a higher priced Tahoe or Yukon, not comparing it to them, overall, but just on the physical available cargo room. I love the standard features, the exterior styling, the ride quality and even though it's only a 4 cylinder, it's surprisingly quick and responsive. I haven't noticed any noise from the engine inside the cab, as other owners have mentioned. The paint quality is great, as well as the overall build, time will tell. The interior and 30" diagonal driver's info screen is awesome. All three rows have some form of power, which is cool, too. We currently have a 23' model Buick Envision, with 50k miles and no issues, so I am expecting trouble-free ownership for years to come.

This is a replacement from 2011 Chevy Traverse. Similar size but 2X the comfort & quietness. Average AWD gas milleage is 24mpg in the highway and 21mpg combined. Love the 360 degree camera and sensors. 54k miles now and the only thing that broke is the windshield washer pump ($38 part + 45min install). Reasonable priced for a 7 seater luxury car. ATF can be changed without lifting the car (5.3qts drain & fill). Cant go wrong with this lovely SUV.

Ed Morse Sawgrass Auto Mall review
I recently purchased a 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 from Ed Morse Sawgrass Chevrolet, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. David Ocker was our salesperson, and he made the whole process easy. He was knowledgeable about the truck, answered every question we had, and never made us feel pressured or rushed. The pricing was fair and straightforward, no games or surprise add ons at the end. They also gave us the best trade in offer we had seen after checking a few other dealers. Once we decided on the vehicle, the paperwork moved quickly and we were done in under an hour. If you're in the market for a new truck, I'd recommend asking for David. Great experience overall.

Have had this car for a month. Everything is so well laid out and the MyBuick app is so easy to navigate. The mileage is fantastic. This is my first new car (ever) and my 3rd Buick overall. I love it!

Miami Lakes Automall - Chevrolet Kia Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Mitsubishi review
I had an excellent experience with Miami Lakes Kia Service Center, thanks to Ethan Milan. I came in with battery issues, and although the cost was higher than I expected, Ethan took the time to explain the value behind the service and made me feel comfortable with my decision. The entire process was quick and efficient—I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Ethan also informed me about the recalls that still need to be completed on my vehicle, which I appreciated. After seeing the newly renovated lobby, I will gladly return for future service visits. It's a comfortable space where I can bring my laptop and work while my car is being serviced. Thank you, Ethan, for the outstanding customer service and professionalism!

I love my car. Most reliable one I’ve ever had. Interior is beautiful for the price. Good on gas. It gives luxury for the middle class. 10/10 recommend. If you come across one and want to buy it, do not hesitate🩵

I drove to Florida, started having some trouble, I was told by another (Dealership) that I needed a new battery after having the battery checked out. I made an appointment to go to Lorenzo‘s buy a fantastic customer service young lady by the name of Yolie handled me very well as she assisted me very good customer service once I get there I will submit by Christopher who took my car who had my car taken in the back they tested. The battery said I needed a charge. They charged it up now. The battery is reading good so I thank God for the people that was there. There wasn’t trying to just take my money. They actually helped thank you

Daniel from the service department was excellent. Very professional very informative and made me feel very safe that my car was going to be taken care of. So definitely I would like to thank the team of Lorenzo's service department. I highly recommend them.
2022 Buick Enclave review
The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

2026 Buick Enclave review
We bought this car new and have had it for about a month now, so I can’t speak to the reliability yet. Hit the 3,000 mile mark yesterday. We took a short trip of 240 miles, and one long trip of 904 miles. The car performed perfectly and the super cruise was fantastic as we used it appropriately 80% of the time on our long trip. Our shorter trip (240 miles) yielded 27.4 mpg. The longer trip 26.6 mpg. Combined highway and city driving to date is at 24.6. I don’t mind the 2.5 liter turbo 4 as much as I thought I would. Loving the ride and comfort especially on the longer trip. This is our third Enclave and so far we are really enjoying it. Long term reliability is yet to be determined.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

2020 Buick Enclave review
I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

Small but fun. Bought this and drove for six months ultimately trading it in on a bigger vehicle because the seats weren’t wide enough for my husand. Zero issues with it. Loved the look of it (had an ST) and appreciated the safety features. Really thought it was peppy for a little car.

They were very professional but able to put you at ease as soon as you walked through their doors. There was no pressure and they wanted to help me get the vehicle I wanted. Tasia was amazing and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Two hours from the minute I walked in to I drove off in my new car is beyond exceptional and I have never had such fast service. Will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.
2022 Buick Envision review
I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.
