2022 Buick Enclave review
The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

2025 Buick Encore GX review
Being 65...using the Mybuick App to use the phone is way more challenging than I would like!! I'm not tech savvy and STILL can't figure how to get my phone calls to be heard in the cars audio! I think it's a "me problem" but wish it was as simple as linking the Android app and Mybuick app.

2016 Buick Encore review
I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

This was my first time buying a car out of state and John Reyes made it as smooth as possible. He was always answering my (many) questions in a very timely manner and there were no hidden costs or fees. I had an issue with the shipping company, but that is a 3rd party which shipped my car from Texas to California so that is not his fault. He also said I would not need to go to the DMV, but that was not quite true (I had to go once for a VIN verification appointment). Assuming he did not know that, I would say this was an overall good buying experience, especially for my first out of state purchase. Overall would recommend (again, my experience was completely online (out of state), John seems like a very nice guy and will answer all of your questions and give you a no-BS out the door price. Thank you!
2025 Buick Encore GX review
The only reason I gave the interior a 4 is for the icons on the informations screen for Music, information and home, etc. are very dim and hard to see, especially during the day. After a while you know where they are and can just touch the area to get to what you want.

2023 Buick Encore GX review
I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

2011 Buick LaCrosse review
I had the car for about a month and I love it. It rides like a dream. The only thing I don’t like is the center console doesn’t have adequate storage, it is very small and the lighter outlet is inside on the bottom so you really can’t store anything in there.

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

We initially spoke with Rebekah Gonzales who kept us informed on the weekly pricing of the vehicle and answered all of the questions I had as I thought of them, because we couldn't look at the vehicle for almost a month after first speaking with Rebekah. Discussions with Rebekah and all of her help sent us to Cavender's where we worked with Aaron Obregon. Aaron went above and beyond to show us the vehicle we were interested in, take it for a test drive, assess our trade-in for a very reasonable trade-in value, speak clearly and to the point, ultimately selling us on the truck. 1,300 miles apart and felt like absolute family over the phone. We been eyeballing Challengers and when South Texas American Auto pulled in a black on black scat pack T/A we knew we instantly wanted it. The problem being is we are in a West Virginia. We knew we would need the car transported and never heard of this car lot but called anyway. Brian the salesman answered the phone and did not push us to take the car instead he went above and beyond to make sure we got to FaceTime with him and the car comfortably. See it cold start and even see the small ding. Brian took care of us like family and we worked on the price that would work for us both and than he even helped us set up shipping. How much more awesome can you get? Oh it gets better. This car had to set down there for 7 days waiting on shipping and they found a small water leak and sunk hundreds in the repair when they could have just sent it on. If you’re looking for a car lot to treat you like family instead of a pushy salesman this is the one! Thank you guys so much for the amazing car it is everything and more that we hoped for.

My battery died on 410 and Evers shopping center parking lot. AAA came and jumped and gave me a printout and said it was the battery. I had already called Josh Hammond and Jose Rico and said I would be coming. When I arrived they took my car and I had a new battery in less then 45 minutes. The whole experience only took less then 3 hrs and than included an hour wait for AAA. My sister and I were on our way quickly.

2016 Buick Encore review
I've driven cross country several times without a problem. It handles the road very well, even in high winds. It has ample storage and everything is easily accessible and in reach of the driver.
