I have been looking for a new vehicle for a while now. A friend had recommended checking out Scoville-Meno. At first I was hesitant a few years ago I went there looking for a vehicle and didn't have the best experience with the Sales Manager. But I figured would hurt to check them out. Well I have to say this time everything was great. Ended up purchasing a new truck. The entire staff was great to deal with. Could their facility use a facelift and upgrading yes. But all in all a great experience. Loving the truck and the deal. A+ Scoville Meno.
Issues with air condition should be taken care of

I bought this vehicle in south Texas will not mention the dealership which I would love to do. I started having problems with the air condition and researched and found out this should be a recall because there are many Buick Enclaves with the same issue and it’s a manufacture issue. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for a problem that tends to come from the manufacturer. This is a luxury car and should be treated as such from what I have experienced all questions a refered to the salesman where are all the other people finance managers where are they why won’t three let me talk to them? I really don’t expect an answer because we are considered nobody’s so unfortunate we are what makes you succeed in sales and we are treated after the sale as nothing even when we reach out there’s always an excuse.
Purchased a used vehicle which came with a Carfax. Vehicle was in great shape and am thrilled with the purchase. I had been shopping for a vehicle for several months and the vehicle pricing was better than most local dealers. Salesman was courteous and demonstrated several vehicle options which we were allowed to test drive. Once we settled on a vehicle, negotiations on price were completed within a few minutes. This was a great car buying experience and I would recommend this dealership.

The reason for purchasing this car was it is high up like an SUV but smaller and more fuel efficient. I feel safer driving on the freeway every day. It runs very smoothly and the soundproofing inside the car makes for a very quiet and peaceful drive and it has a great sound system. It also has enough room in the back for transporting equipment. I am very pleased with it.
While in the market for a used car within 100 miles in our budget we found our new family suv a 2012 Toyota Highlander at jeff kies auto sales thank you Chad kies for giving us a great deal
Buick doesn’t back their product

This car looks good but I have had the car sensor replaced twice in less than 2 years. They replaced 3 belts my timing belt, serpentine belt and I can’t recall the other. Now I don’t have oil light on but it’s consuming oil. Looked at the recall and they know it burns oil but don’t want to fix the problem because. It’s costly. So I have 3 years left on a car that I might have to replace the engine on. The dip stick is dry and I don’t see where the oil is going to, it doesn’t smoke like typical oil burning in the exhaust and I don’t see it leaking on the ground. Very very disappointed and would never buy another Buick period!
I had a great, no pressure experience. I knew right away I loved the car I was interested in and I was sold after one test drive. The buying process went so smoothly and we were in and out in no time. They even held up the DMV as it was closing so I could get the plates and drive it home that day. I would recommend them. They were professional and fast!

This car has met all my needs. I had always had a minivan or SUV as I had 3 small boys. Now I have one at home and a grand baby. This is the best driving car ever. My 16 yo and my grandson who is 10 months old can ride In back in luxury. Buick is no longer a grandmothers car. It is very sporty, has great gas mileage and a lot of extras
Quick and easy process. No pressure, no gimmicks. Was able to get in, test drive vehicle I wanted and purchase. Adam and Jeff were great. Nice to actually meet the owner of a dealership. Would highly recommend

The speed excellerating is great , gets up and goes with no redlining.
Seats are comfortable and positioning to drive is comfortable.
However getting in and out with my back problems is not easy and it’s more like a coupe than a sedan, I’m 6 ft and there is no leg room behind my seat for anyone. My wife and I are usually the ones that are in front if I pick up someone I have to move my seat forward over 6 inches to make room for rear passenger. My knees are under my chin.
The gas mileage is great getting 30 to 32 around town and the interior is very plush and has a great stereo. CD and satellite. Certainly happy I bought it but with my lower back problems wishing I’d gone for more of a SUV like my wifes car, easier to get in and out on my back.

I’ve owned my LaCrosse for nearly three years. I’m just as in love with it today, as I was the day I purchased it. Very roomy, nice quiet ride made for the highway, with lots of power. (V6) the only thing I would want to add, Is more USB ports. There’s only one. When traveling, definitely need more to accommodate all passengers.
This was my first Honda purchase. Nick was exceptionally attentive to my wishes. He didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want and patiently explained all the features of the Accord and how to use them. He is definitely an asset to Miller Honda.

I really liked my Lucerne at first.Now I am experiencing some interior door handle issues. (apparently common). Also why are the headlight bulbs so hard to change?
Pros: trunk room, leg room, smooth ride, and electronic settings option.
Cons: broken interior door handle, broken lane departure system and headlight bulbs are difficult to change.
I found working with Alyssa when buying a car to be a low stress, enjoyable experience. She was organized with the paperwork and directed me as to what to do without making the process overly complicated, which I appreciate. She has a sense of humor and a relaxed but focused manner which made the process a pleasant one. Thanks Alyssa!

Tight quiet ride. 6 speed manual takes the boredom out. 270 HP has decent acceleration. Nice amenities. Very nice leather seats. Great sound system. Pretty good fuel economy.
We went car shopping this past Saturday. We stopped at the Toyota store they had all the prices on all of there cars, when we went to the Hyundai store there where no prices and we where told a higher price then what was on the internet. Maguire is suppose to be an upfront lowest price dealer. Guess not any more!!!

I wish the wheel base were not quite so narrow. It makes for a jolting ride sometimes. But I do enjoy the bells and whistles!
This was my first real car buying experience and I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the customer service ( Teresa )...from the moment I walked through the door I felt like a valued customer not just a number or a commission. I got exactly what I wanted and was treated with respect and kindness. I will be going back for my next car.

This car looked really nice, comfortable, inexpensive but slow pickup kinda soggy around the corner. Liked the inside very much but performance was not there
Bought a 2017 Chevy Cruze from Colby Newlen at Maguire Chevy & Cadillac. They didn't have the pre-owned car I wanted but were confident they could find one for me. A few days later I drove home in my Cruze and in the color I wanted. Didn't know a dealership would do that! Colby and his manager couldn't have made it any easier!!!

Body styling, interior comfort, jam-packed features make this a good buy in a time at which SUVs are taking over the market. I was an Enclave owner and hope to go back to it someday but the Buick Lacrosse is a nice change of pace.
Couldn't make a deal. Couldn't get down to my monthly payment I would be comfortable with, I mostly blame the high price of vehicles and my crappy credit score, but the salespeople could have done better, seemed to want to push an extended warranty on a 2018 vehicle with 12,000 miles on it, and never quoted me a payment figure without it. Communication could have been better, they didn't get back to me for 5 days to let me know what was going on, when he finally did he quoted the same figure he gave me when I was up there (from 2 hours away I might add). Finance manager was supposed to be working on a better figure, but I never heard from him. Too bad we couldn't do anything, I liked the place for the most part .

No room behind the rear sear for very much. Only one arm rest? Hesitation on take off Rear camera is a joke. Very Very expensive to repair
I found a used truck that I wanted at Elm Chevrolet but I live five hours away. From the first time I spoke with Mike, he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Since I was traveling from so far away, Mike even crawled underneath the truck and took the pictures that I requested. We worked out all the details before I arrived and he had everything ready for when I got there. His Manager who completed the paperwork was also a pleasure to deal with. My significant other was not thrilled about the five hour journey but Mike went out of his way to recommend places in the area and we both left happy! Overall, it was an absolute pleasure purchasing from Mike and I would highly recommend doing business with Elm.
