Had a good experience working with both Kyle and Cain internet sales. They worked with us for well over a few years to make sure we got the car we wanted. They were patient and well informed and made car buying much easier. We are pleased with our purchase! Kyle and Cain work together and there was always one of them to help us. Staff are very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and take care of even the little things that need being done. They give you a time frame for the work and meet it. If anything comes up they explain what was found and the options available to fix it.

During the 30000 mile maintenance, he and his crew found and root caused a rear brake issue and fixed it. It was because some parts were not lubricated well enough, the rear brake pads were worn unevenly, and the inner pad was gone while the outer one still had half thickness left, he helped contacted volvo to take care of the charges to replace the rear brakes pads and routers and lubricated the part well to prevent this from happening.
The renovated dealership building is very beautiful, the seats were comfortable and wifi was fast, I like the area with 2 cubes where people can carry on their work while waiting.
It’s a great deal with the price of the vehicles I’m just kind of iffy in regards the location for maintenance and repairs I’m still looking to buy a vehicle and I think I should be getting it in the next two months
New auto purchases can be difficult or easy, my experience was difficult. I was asking for as price match of an offer I received at another dealership nut the wrong color. They fumbled around, stalled, and finally made an offer far from reasonable. After 3 1/2 hours I went to another dealership, got my price, and completed the purchase quickly.
Initially when we arrived, no one helped us and we actually wanted help. One person did acknowledge us and said he would let someone know we needed assistance as he was with a client. The other person that was with a client and right by us said nothing. It wasn't a big deal because usually we are attacked when we go on a lot...this was polar opposite. The man who acknowledged us came back out, noticed that we still hadn't been helped and said he could help us know since he was done with his client. We really appreciated that he initially just said something to us and didn't just ignore us. His name was Seamus, not sure of the spelling.
They took care of me from the moment I arrived. They did everything to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. They even delivered my new truck to my door step after making sure it was detailed and completely perfect. I highly recommend them!!

I purchased a used Toyota 4x4 vehicle without test driving on the freeway. After the purchase I had to drive approx. 100 miles on the freeway to get home. The steering shook a lot and the vehicle drifted to the right. The next day I called Acura and explained the problem. They were more than happy to have me return the vehicle so they could repair it. While they were making repairs I walked across the street to the Toyota dealership and found exactly what I was looking for. I asked Acura if I could cancel the contract so I could purchase the other vehicle and they were very cooperative in doing so.
I dealt with Kevin in service for the first time ever and he was super easy to work with, very commutative and in fact based upon this interaction I will be using this dealership over the one I am currently using.
