I own a "base" version of this vehicle. Base is figurative term with all ther stand features. Remote start, power everything, velvet like cloth seats, woodgrain trim and chrome. My vehicle is FWD and has zero issues performing in ther massive amounts of rain. The vehicle also supports generous ground clearance making unexpected hazards no issue. Extensive amount of storage is a bonus for active families.

Anyone looking for a reliable used vehicle at Kareem Auto Sales in Sacramento must ask for Angelo and also have a talk with Sal. These two guys are remarkable and changed the way I think about buying a vehicle from a used car dealership. I did a long research prior to my trip from out of state and Angelo made my car buying experience very outstanding . He was very accommodating yet gave me plenty of time to make a decision and allowed me to inspect the vehicle on my own (unlike others who tail you all the time). The atmosphere at Kareem was pleasant. There was no pressure and the staff didn’t seem stressed out thanks to Sal’s management style. The process of getting my truck was pain free and when I took it to Toyota for a multi point inspection I was very pleased when they said everything checked out and there was nothing wrong with my truck which is quite a relief. I will buy my wife her next vehicle at Kareem Auto Sales and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best deal in town.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

My partner and I have been looking for a specific vehicle for YEARS. We live in the southern California desert. We saw exactly what we wanted on Armani Motor's website. We used CarFax and were treated so well.. we were willing to drive 7 h 30 min (519.9 mi) just to see, and test drive, the SUV. We wouldn't do that for just any vehicle but the pictures and the descriptions were so helpful, we knew we would end up buying it. And we did. Alex was just an amazing salesman. He was knowledgeable, used facts and was so very helpful with different options to work with. The price was exactly what was stated. The SUV was clean, maintained and ready for us to test drive. We were out of the dealership and driving back home in under an hour. On the way home a "check engine" light came on. He immediately said since we were in the process of still heading back to Southern California, to keep him posted, get it checked and he would take care of it as soon as we knew what was going on. It turned out to be a minor sensor malfunction. He even called US back to make sure it, and us, were okay. You just don't see that type of customer service these days. It was so very welcome and we can't thank him enough for actually helping us own an amazing vehicle that we've wanted for so long. He's trustworthy, and just a great guy. Thank you Alex.

First, we had given up on Roseville Honda because of many negative experiences. However, our Accord air conditioner started acting up and we have a heat wave this week. Auburn couldn't take us so I called Honda Roseville. We got a friendly prompt appointment on the phone for yesterday, same day! We arrived early and the gentleman who came out to get us in line and set us up was a really nice guy (forgot his name). We were assigned to Randy who had NO ATTITUDE, just took real good care of us and was also really nice/friendly/professional. While we were waiting we took the opportunity to start the conversation about a possible upgrade to our 2004 (get some info, etc). Gabe took us on a test drive, sat with us, gave us information, answered our questions like a human relating to other humans (none of the wait here while so & so comes to talk to you - ultimately starting over with about 3 or 4 different people who come back instead of the one we were previously talking with, wondering what the heck is going on and wasting our time). We will follow up with him. Back to Randy to get our car. He was terrific/great energy right to the end - sense of humor, smile, authentically interested in making sure we got well taken care of along with the car. Everything transparent/explained. We even got an unexpected car wash! The air conditioner is better than new. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR A COMPLETE 180 AND A REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE AT ROSEVILLE HONDA! Hope you keep this quality going. (Regards questions below, we had previously not recommended you, and we did purchase a used Accord there , but several years ago)

My wife and I were not going to buy a car the day we went to the Roseville Automall. We were looking at cars online and our intention was to test drive the ones we liked. This, to help us make our final decision. We are owners of an Infiniti M35, and we love it for cost of ownership, among other things. Our favorite car, that we saw online, was the QX50. We thought we would not be able to afford the QX50 the way we wanted it equipped. We also wanted to look at a few other cars by different makers at other dealerships. Let me tell you about the contrast between your dealership and the others. All the dealers met us quick enough in the parking lot and greeted us, but your guy Matt Saretsky made my wife and I feel the most comfortable. At the other dealers, I felt like they were pressuring me to commit to buying a car before they could even define any general deal terms. It didn???t make any sense to me. Moreover, I felt pushed into looking at a very specific car on the lot. At one dealership, I was looking at a 2018 that was dirty and obviously a ???demo??? car, if such a thing exists. It just looked used to me and had over 2000 miles on it. Matt did no such thing. Within 5 minutes of us arriving at the lot he showed us a 2019 QX50, that we really liked. He did not insult our intelligence by insisting that we convince him that we were there to buy a car. In fact, we told every dealer we saw that we were NOT there to buy a car. Matt asked me what it would take for me to want to buy the car that day, and I told him. 10 mins later, Matt handed me written terms almost to the letter of what we said it would take for us to buy the car that day. Then we test drove the 2019 QX 50. We were impressed with the car in every category. Matt had us test drive a car that had features we thought we would not be able to afford (panoramic moonroof, Heads Up Display, InTouch System, Around-View Monitor, etc.). Matt did a thorough job of pointing out all the features of the car, which was fully loaded. Before we moved on to look at cars at other dealerships we had a great conversation with Jeffrey Monioz who further emphasized what a great deal we were getting. We then continued to the other dealerships. We didn???t leave another dealer with any terms, in writing. Nor did we drive another car, for which we wanted favorable deal. The next day, we returned to purchase the QX50 that Matt showed us! We got there early because we have had longs days buying cars in the past. We started working with Beckie O at around 10 AM and was done and driving of your lot at around Noon. Overall, I would highly recommend paying Infiniti Roseville in the Roseville Automall a visit to get a great car at a good price!

My father bought this car new and I inherited it. Had it for about 4 years. Ours was the base 2.4 L. I loved driving it once I was in it. If you are 6 ft or over you'll probably bonk your head a lot getting in. Even that was OK but if you want a roof rack or want to tow something forget it. This car is for getting from point A to point B and back. There are threaded holes intended for a GM roof rack but I learned that the plan for that rack was dropped. This car never let us down. Started every day in the winter and we never plugged in the block heater. Often -30 C. We put snows on it and maybe because of it's weight the Regal almost seemed happy going thru snowy conditions. Great handling car. Only selling it to a friend (which is meaningful) because we are getting an SUV. I know Buick will hate this, but if I were my father's age when he bought (82) it I buy another one in a minute.

I went through Consumer Reports online option so that I could complete as much of my car search and negotiations at arm???s length. Having all the info in writing allows me to think logically, choose exactly what I need, and compare prices, values, and features. I get anxious heebee-geebees having to go up against a salesperson and decide about anything on the spot. When that happens, i always end up feeling that I???ve been bamboozled. Mostly the Consumer Reports ???True Car??? approach worked, with just a few hitches. The first big hitch is that when you sign up, you have to provide both a phone number and an email address. There is no way on the signup to indicate one???s preference for contact, or whether there is a problem with any form of contact. (For example, I???m a teacher, and it is absolutely not OK to call me during the school day, which almost all of them did.) So, within three minutes of clicking yes for quotes, my phone started ringing and dozens of emails began pouring in, sometimes from multiple agents at the same dealership. And since Consumer Reports sends the request to three different dealers, the bombardment is from three different dealerships. It???s awful. But once I reached the callers and told them to STOP CALLING and reach me only by email, the calls slowed down. The second hitch is that once my butt was in the chair for the paperwork, they came at me with unexpected offers of all kinds of extended this and that policies, special protective treatments for the paint (I kept remembering the ???True Coat??? scene in the movie ???Fargo,??? and felt a mixture of irritation and amusement. Classic car-dealership sleaze moves.) If I had known this crap was coming, I would have refused to sit down with the paperwork guys until this information had been given to me in writing so that I could go home and read it, research it, and make a cool, dispassionate, logical decision. I ended up being talked into a $3,200 service/protection plan (???only $50 a month for five years, and you get eight years of coverage!!!), and ended up angry with them and myself. Went back a few days later to deliver my final check after receiving my outside financing, and told the finance guy how annoyed I was with that add-on. He was a bit defensive at first, but then switched tactics: of course I could decline the add-on, but I???d have to wait to have it refunded by Toyota finance. WHAT? I didn???t even take Toyota finance! No luck getting him to understand how offensive it was to have them move ahead with Toyota finance when we had an agreement that I was not taking Toyota finance, and had seven days to secure my own. Whatever. I was going to have to wait for refund of the $3,200. Then they guy came at it again; I could get this policy for $1,000 less (???our employee and family discount price???)! He talked me into that. I think ??? think, not believe totally ??? that the protection plan is reasonably helpful, given all the sophisticated electronics in my vehicle. But I???m still walking around with deep resentment of the process. In the end, I got a good car with the features I wanted, at an OK price, explained well by the internet salesmen with whom I worked. My wife (Tara) and I got to the lot around 1830. We were browsing for only a few seconds when Tre jogged over to help us. He asked what we were interested in and after he showed us some full-sized Trucks. He learned that I like 4 wheel drive diesel vehicles. So he asked if we wanted to check out the Colorado. We went through the inventory and when I saw the silver ZR2 I was extremely interested. We took a drive. It had been a while since I drove a vehicle that was so responsive so I took it easy but, I did get a good feel of the acceleration and handling. I LIKED IT A LOT! After the drive we went back to the tables inside. They asked if I was trading in anything. I offered my 2003 Silverado 2500HD diesel. They offered me $2000 for it. At that I wanted to leave. I knew what my truck was worth as trade in and I know what it can go for retail. If I would have had the keys to my truck we would have been gone. Long story short; If they would have offered me a fair price for my trade in the beginning I wouldn't have felt so cautious and need to keep my guard up the rest of the deal. Overall I believe we got a good deal because of the after the purchase attention we received from Ms. Joy, Brian Difede, Denarrio and Tre Alcutt.

2 years ago I would not be writing this review. I had 3 different cars before I got to keep the leased 2016 cruise. I came in just to have my oil changed, figured I would walk around and look since my lease was up in a couple of months. Kenny (salesmen) said good morning and asked if I needed help. I told him no I already have a leased car I was just gonna look. Go make some money with a laugh. He decided to walk with me and asked some questions. Well he???s amazing and had some great information for me. Jimmy worked his magic and Danny got me through finance in little to no time! Great small SUV with all the latest in technology. I get great gas mileage 38 on the highway and around 32 combined. Has adequate pickup; Buick sales rep told me about Trifecta performance tuning which livened up the vehicle. (optional aftermarket engine trans tuning software)

My 2015 Malibu's "Check Engine" light came on. They got me in the next morning, diagnosed the problem and had it done by closing time. And, it was a warranty repair so it cost me nothing. They informed me that I had a 75000 mile service in 4000 miles and they didn't hit me with a laundry list of issues. They even told me my tires were fine for another year even though Firestone said I needed new tires immediately. Penny was incredibly helpful getting my signed up for mychevroletrewards, something the other dealer I had been going to had never mentioned. I will be coming back with both my Malibu and my wife's Cruze in the future.

Amanda Young and the shuttle driver were very courteous. I appreciated getting a follow up call about my previous review. Glad that they resolved the problem with my check engine light & back firing. CONS: Disappointed that I was told that I could wait for my car since it shouldn't take too long. Ended up picking up the car the next day since they were so busy. Frustrated that I was told that the shuttle would be available @ 1:30pm Then I asked @ 1:40 and was told that I would get a ride @ 2pm. I was told that there were would be follow up about my concerns.

I drove the Buick Encore Essence 2017 with sun roof during a 10 day stay in Arizona for vacation. I originally rented a Nissan sedan but they were out so I took 'the blue SUV'. I was 5 miles north on route 17 when I noticed how quiet the ride was. Then a text came over the Android Auto, which I didn't realized I hooked up by connecting the USB cable to the charger. I found the interior to be very intuitive. The long ride from Phoenix to Sedona was very enjoyable the heated steering wheel and seats plus motorized drivers seat. The pick up climbing the mountain grades was easy as was passing trucks and cars. It doesn't have crazy horse power by any means by it performed fine. The keyless entry and start were great since I was always carrying backpack and gear, no fumbling for the keys. Then I drove back down to Phoenix for 5 days and it handled the off dirt roads to the trail head fine. I came home and 2 weeks later I traded in my loyal Subaru Impreza wagon that I had for 6 years. I enjoyed the Impreza but it has a CVT trans and I wanted to drive a traditions auto trans. The Encore has 25 MPG +/- and I'm ok with that. I purchased the AWD as I live in Massachusetts and NO... FWD with snow tires IS NOT the same thing. So test driving a car for 10 days informed my of how the car runs on average and when snow came in January the Encore handled great with the AWD. Four months owning my Buick Encore Essence now and very happy. It is small on the inside, about the same cubic storage dimensions as a Subaru Impreza Wagon but the off ground height is also what I wanted in my next car. It has great head room, leg room and the leather seats are ALL leather and stitched great, not pleather or 'leather trimmed'. Back seats can squeeze 3 adults but 2 adults for comfort, same beautiful leather seats in back. Soft touch materials, nice dash, nothing flashy but more classic and understated. I added OEM chrome side body molding and chrome wind deflector as well as custom rain guards. Now my car is my own. The aluminum painted grey wheels are awesome too. Very happy!
