I bought it used fron Carvana with 49000 miles on it. When it had around 100,000 miles on it i had to replace the middle 2 coils. I did it myself for $100 each. Took me 30 minutes on each one. It now has 137000 miles on it and the check engine light has been on since 110000 indicating a "failing turbo". It shows no signs of failing and continues to run good. just drove it from Florida to Texas and back (1800 miles) It ran good. I have had 4 Buicks and very little trouble with them. I would definitely recommend this car. Beautiful and easy care- just change oil ecery 5000 miles and it keeps going.

I noticed online ENE Motors had a big selection of luxury cars and imports so if I wanted to upgrade to another Honda Pilot they had one. Well after I told them what I was looking for they had me drive one of the 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLS 550 they had, during the test drive I knew that I wanted it. When I got back they started they had already appraised my trade and we went into the office to get financing. I was very happy with the rate and terms. Bought a 2017 Buick Lacrosse Premium in December of 2023. It had 120,000 miles on it. I now have 155,000 miles on it, and haven't incurred a single issue as of yet. Smooth, quiet, comfortable ride, gets a fair share of compliments. I think they must've ran up against budget when they arrived at the interior. Lol. Not a major concern though. This car is very reliable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy a car!

Best car I have ever owned. Bought it used in 2020 with 19k on it. I now have 54k on it. This car has not had one problem. I have averaged 26.8 mpg over the last 35,000 miles and I can get 35 to 38 mpg on highway trips. This is from a 310 HP V-6 that will scream when you need it. Impressive. These new Turbo 4 cylinders can't touch the smoothness, the power or the efficiency of this engine. At 50mph if you step on the throttle it puts your back against the seat and sprints to 100 mph in a blink. I have forgotten to shut off the engine a couple times as I was leaving the car. The thing is whisper quiet when idling or at 80 mph. 8 years old and still tight all around. This is truly an amazing car.

We were able to fully inspect the car, including getting it up onto a lift. The entire process was easy, low-pressure, and customer-focused. We ended up purchasing a different car from a dealership where we had a horrible buying experience, which has definitely convinced me that the CarMax sales model is absolutely the way to go. I will definitely be coming to CarMax first for my next purchase. This is just the better way to buy a car.

Bought a turbo with only 8k miles and it runs amazing. What you get for the money I consider it Definitely a bargain with all the options. Not crazy about the interface and rather small back seat but the trunk makes up for it.

What can I say---it's a Buick! The ride and overall driver and passinger comfort is unsurpasse ed and even though this vehicle is some 12 plus years old it behaves like a new one. Course maintaining and showing it TLC helps.

An amazing experience! Once arrived I was greeted and given a beverage of choice. Then since a majority of technical information was completed via online portals, was able to sit down and do “paperwork” for less than an hour. For one this made the part I dread the absolute most, an absolute breeze. In addition, I absolutely loved how there wasn’t any pressure to make the purchase or not. This makes the fourth review that I have written on this site about my 2014 Buick LaCrosse since 2014. Since I bought it new this car has been a joy to own. I do not harbor one disappointment or complaint about it. Other than normal scheduled maintenance as recommended by GM the only other service needed was a replacement of a stuck brake light switch. That's it! In addition to the above mentioned normal mechanical maintenance service, I do have the car detailed twice a year plus frequent car washes in-between to keep the finish like new. An aside---twice within the past six weeks two strangers have approached me commenting on the cars looks, engaging me in conversations around it and asking about my experience with Buick. Of all the new luxury and higher end cars I have owned over many years, this car has elicited more positive comments on a consistent basis year after year then any other I have had and it still continues to draw positive attention after six years. I find that amazing. It is too bad that the LaCrosse is no longer in production but when I am ready for a new car I will definitely be going back to Buick. I hope the four reviews I have provided over the past six years are helpful to those who are considering buying a Buick. In my opinion you can't go wrong.

Incredibly reliable. Even the Northstar motor for these were good. Most comfortable car I've ever driven, and I can't wait to buy another. Bumps aren't noticeable and standard options are fantastic, and it's a completely bulletproof car. A real tank, too. Got in an accident and he totalled his car. The Buick didn't even have a dent!

I currently still drive my 2005 Buick Lacrosse CXL. I currently have 145,000 miles on it. Car is mechanically sound given the high mileage I've put on it. The only major downfalls are the ABS wheel speed sensors and HUB assembly as well as the engine coolant leaks at the intake...which I will be doing next. I've replaced the front and rear HUB assembly. I do all the repairs on my car as well as break jobs. Over all I must say this car is very dependable. Remember to get the transmission fluid changed and flushed twice as often when you have high mileage. Remember to put your car in neutral when at stop lights as this will greatly lengthen the life of your transmission...especially with this car.

I love my 2013 LaCrosse! BUT when I bought it , it ran so good then I started having problems with the tcm and haven't gotten it straightened out yet. I pray it's on the recall list. From what I'm seeing it is. I just want it fixed. Praying yall can give me some great news!

I bought this car second hand. Gas mileage could be better and all my interior windows frost over in the winter. Doors must not be insulated?? The car has mechanically been very good. Drivers seat is uncomfortable though.
