2009 Buick Lucerne review
This Lucerne is my second. I LOVE that car! Drives great, handles well in the snow, has always been reliable! 245k miles later...I still love her! I did buy a new car because I drive a lot.... I went with a jeep Cherokee only because buick doesn't make sedans anymore and the enclave which i loved... is too much car for me and my dog.

2012 Buick Verano review
Bought this car after much research and found it had been on the market for 2 years in Europe as an Opel Astra. Would normally not buy a new model first year. Other than regular maintenance and some known issues, I’ve been extremely pleased. Today at 55k miles, it still feels an drives just as solid as it did many years ago. The oils burning issue has been a known problem of which I have not experienced. Overall I’m very satisfied with this vehicle and look forward to running it for many more years!

I bought this car second hand. Gas mileage could be better and all my interior windows frost over in the winter. Doors must not be insulated?? The car has mechanically been very good. Drivers seat is uncomfortable though.

Comfortable, well powered, quiet, Bose system excellent, interior attractive, exterior has style. The rear window is low so it is difficult to use rear view mirror. Front pillars are wide and obstruct view to the left. Trunk is spacious.

2006 Buick LaCrosse review
I bought the car 2 years old with 20,000 miles. I have owned it 18.years and am still driving it. We have not had to repair it at all. It has been taken on freeways, highways, and driven in town. Will not get rid of it for a new car as the 3.8.liter engine has been well worth the $13,000 I paid 18 years ago. Pretty sure a new vehicle will not compare to the reliability of my lacrosse.

2015 Buick LaCrosse review
I bought (11/30/2022) the car used from a reputable dealer and within a month I had to replace the transmission. The transmission cooler lines were broken, and it was only half full of coolant. Thankfully, I purchased the extended warranty. Otherwise, I'd be looking at a repair bill of $5000. One last note, I find it strange that I had brought the car for service several times and no one noticed it or felt it? The car would not go over 4K RPM. They also told me I could only drive the car around the dealership parking lot. Never trust a car salesman's word rings true! Back to the car, very smooth ride, lots of power with a smooth auto trans. ventilated cooled and heated seats, heated steering wheel, crash protection automation with automatic braking, large panoramic sunroofs, BOSE......................

I bought a used Volvo that was inspected, had new wipers, new tires, pretty new battery, and they threw in an alignment when I mentioned there was a wobble as I did a test drive. The entire staff was so friendly, even though I was there at the end of their Saturday hours. When I couldn’t get a ride to pick up the car during their weekday hours, they brought the car to me, an hour away! I will buy from Bill again, he is very kind and his staff is above par with their accommodations!
2008 Buick Lucerne review
I bought my 2008 Buick Lucerne CX in 2015. It had 50,000 miles. It now has 162,000 in 2026. I have had the usual repair issues, nothing significant and nothing with motor or transmission. I did have to replace the fuel filter (in the gas tank) and a battery module of some sort under the back seat which together cost me about $700 but nothing else major. It is very comfortable and very dependable. I change the oil regularly and take care of any maintenance as needed. I have been very satisfied with it. It still runs great. I get about 28 mpg on the road and 22 in town.

2012 Buick LaCrosse review
I bought my 2012 used few years ago and totally love the car. Very comfortable quiet and smooth with great fuel mileage for a pretty powerful V-6 Engine. Have most all the maintenance records and it's been very well maintained. Plan on getting transmission serviced soon as it's got 82K on it and don't see transmission serviced yet. Transmission still shifts very well but want to keep it serviced well.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Dealership! I purchased a used convertible and hated it, I only owned it for a year or so and desperately wanted to trade it in for a new Camaro. I knew with the convertible being financed, it would be hard to get into a new Camaro with most likely being upside down on the original loan. To my surprise, Jonathan from sales was able to get me in this brand news SS Camaro, which as I mentioned, never thought possible. AND without being upside again. The service department is also top notch! They can work on any car, not just GM vehicles. I take my Lexus to them, my daughter took her Challenger to them, and the prices are more affordable than what you would think for a dealership. They go over your car top to bottom to make sure the issues you have are fixed and your car is back to running as it should. If they happen to notice something else going on or something that could be an issue later down the road, they will inform you of the problem. They will never overcharge you, never fix something without telling you, no surprises at R&R. The body shop, I have used their body shop multiple times & my husband recently bought a classic vehicle and decided to change truck beds on it. We had no idea what paint color was used on this truck and how we would match it. Thankfully Les from the body shop, not only matched the color perfect, he came to our home with his equipment to match the color, I have never had anyone even think to bring their equipment to your home. Another thing I’d like to add, just this week, my car was having service done at R&R & I had an injury at home & needed to get to urgent care. I got the call my car was ready for pickup & I explained my situation & that I probably wouldn’t get there until my husband got home later in the afternoon. June from the service department was so kind to have one of the drivers, Rusty, bring my car to me so I could get my injury taken care of. You will NOT find this type of service at any other dealership. These are just a few ways that the staff at R&R go above and beyond for their customers! From the minute you walk in the door, they make you feel welcome and part of their family and the relationship you have with them, lasts forever. At R&R they remember you, they know your name, your family, your vehicles, you are not just another sale for them. 2017 Buick LaCrosse review
Best car I have ever owned. Bought it used in 2020 with 19k on it. I now have 54k on it. This car has not had one problem. I have averaged 26.8 mpg over the last 35,000 miles and I can get 35 to 38 mpg on highway trips. This is from a 310 HP V-6 that will scream when you need it. Impressive. These new Turbo 4 cylinders can't touch the smoothness, the power or the efficiency of this engine. At 50mph if you step on the throttle it puts your back against the seat and sprints to 100 mph in a blink. I have forgotten to shut off the engine a couple times as I was leaving the car. The thing is whisper quiet when idling or at 80 mph. 8 years old and still tight all around. This is truly an amazing car.

2016 Buick Regal review
I bought it used fron Carvana with 49000 miles on it. When it had around 100,000 miles on it i had to replace the middle 2 coils. I did it myself for $100 each. Took me 30 minutes on each one. It now has 137000 miles on it and the check engine light has been on since 110000 indicating a "failing turbo". It shows no signs of failing and continues to run good. just drove it from Florida to Texas and back (1800 miles) It ran good. I have had 4 Buicks and very little trouble with them. I would definitely recommend this car. Beautiful and easy care- just change oil ecery 5000 miles and it keeps going.

This car feels like experiencing a level of driving that no mortal was supposed to feel. Truly a divine car. Must say two deer at once is not good news for it though :( I miss mine so much, definitely the best sedan I’ve ever owned. It’s not even close

2016 Buick Verano review
I bought this car 9 years ago as an ex hertz car. It had 24000 miles and now it's only got 52000 miles. The reliability is bulletproof so far nothing has ever gone wrong (touch wood). I've owned 33 cars and this car has Honda/Toyota build quality and reliability. The downsides are I find it very thirsty, I've never managed better than 22mpg in mixed highway driving. i find that the car is quite gutless but it's fit for purpose. The resale on these is worthless so I plan to keep this car until it dies. I have other cars but this is still my daily driver.

2017 Buick LaCrosse review
Bought a 2017 Buick Lacrosse Premium in December of 2023. It had 120,000 miles on it. I now have 155,000 miles on it, and haven't incurred a single issue as of yet. Smooth, quiet, comfortable ride, gets a fair share of compliments. I think they must've ran up against budget when they arrived at the interior. Lol. Not a major concern though. This car is very reliable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy a car!

2016 Buick Verano review
I have owned mine for 9 years. Bought it used in 2017 and I love it. My job requires traveling by car and I have over 150,000 miles on it. Despite being fully loaded with all the toys, my leather edition never breaks down. It has never left me stranded. I would put the reliability of this vehicle up against any Japanese car. Maybe that’s why the value of the car has held steady. It is a shame Buick stopped making them in 2017.
